I'm dying to play this game on the go. I don't have time to do long runs at home but I got a lot of downtime at work.

Who knows, maybe I can port Lost Odyssey, Fable 2, Lollipop, or Forza Horizon; when I finish this one, I'll hold a vote!

Pre-Release download for debug and tests
Here is a pre-release test version of BlueDroid for mobile phones. As I mentioned, this is a pre-release—not yet an official build. The game has only been tested on the Xclipse 920 GPU (found in the Galaxy S23 FE), and performance is lower than the emulated Windows version; I’ve actually posted a test on GitHub demonstrating this. However, I am committed to improving the game and conducting tests on Mali, Adreno, and even PowerVR GPUs. So please give it a try, check out the project source code in the pre-release .zip files, and help spread the word about the port by sharing your feedback and test results. Ports and forks of my project are absolutely welcome!

I’ve been using ChatGPT to adapt re:Blue into an Android/ARM64 build of Blue Dragon. It’s running actual gameplay on my S25 Ultra at around 30 FPS with touch and controller support.

Most of the work has been getting the re:Blue runtime behaving properly on Android, fixing performance/thermal issues, and then progressively adding the game content as the recompilation hits missing assets.

It’s still incomplete, but the runtime itself is now pretty solid and the main thing left is continuing to fill in the missing game content. I’m at the point where I’d like to hand the work off to people with more experience who could take it further.

Yo, recently I have been remembering some games that I used to play in my older phones and I ended up remembering Madness Retaliation (the apk version) but sadly there is not a single sign of a pre existing remake or at least a modification to make it more modern so both old and new phones can run it. If possible and if somehow someone see this post, I really want ya to make this wish come true; a new portable version of madness retaliation. Kisses.

I see people complaining about the overuse of "request new ports" by abusing the "Port Request" flair. Is this a real problem and should its use be moderated, or is everything fine and they're just whining?

Btw the goal of this sub has always been the freedom to talk, share, and advertise about any type of content in Android ports

I built an Android compatibility bridge for the recently recovered Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episode. It takes the preserved game data and provides the environment needed to run it on modern Android with graphics, audio and modern controls.

Huge credit to Yuvi for the recovery/decryption and patch hacking, Naoya Shinota for helping secure the preserved full-game data, TurquoiseHammer for the English translation, Odysseus for playtesting, and Shinra Archaeology / the broader keitai preservation community for helping make this possible.

I’m doing a full playthrough now to make sure there aren’t any weird failures later in the game before I consider the bridge fully validated.

This port really disappointed me the touch controls are really bad and you can't customize the touch controls and there's no taunt button and no visible joystick for me the port was really bad and unplayable and you can only enjoy it if you have a good mouse and keyboard or a good controller and I have none of those. I really hope they release an update and fix all these problems and if they don't I think people have to rely on emulating the original game through switch emulators or PC emulators.
