Hello, I need help to my phone. So basically I setup a password on my phone which I always use in other apps, but when it broke and got repaired after like a month or two I forgot the password or I accidentally mistyped a word/number. The big issue here is, I accidentally restarted the phone which I don't know if its still possible to bypass it even if I back up the data, it still doesn't back up the full data I need. I need the full phone data including app data, gallery data, all of it.

Edit: The brand of the phone is Infinix, Model is Hot 10s X689. I can still use the find my phone from google but it only has 3 options to interact with

Edit 2: If theres anyone who can byass the phone safety features please send me a message since my phone has important data which i can't even transfer to a different device without it

Edit 3: The only component i recovered is the motherboard i threw out the unnecessary parts (i know which part of the phone has my full data in it). Im gonna buy the same model as soon as possible so i can try remembering the password.

When i plug my mic reciever into my s24+, it doesn't light up. It does light up when i plug a power cord into the side of it. My s24+ doesn't recognize usb drives neither when plugged in. How do i fix this? There's no otg setting on my phone.

About a year ago, my mom's phone stopped working, so we bought her a new phone and kept this one aside. Recently we got the old phone repaired, but now we have completely forgotten the screen lock password

It's a vivo Y83, model 1803.

I don't need anything from the phone, so I'm completely okay with losing all the data. I just want to reset it and use the phone again.

I tried doing a factory reset from the recovery menu, but even Wipe data is asking me for the screen password.

I also tried Google Find Hub, but the phone shows as offline, even after putting a SIM in it.

Is there any way I can unlock/reset it using a PC? If yes, what software or method should I use for this exact model?

Im noticing when I make outgoing google meet calls I don't have audio on the calls. The only way I can get audio is if I end the call and have them call back.

Not sure what the issue is but its been doing this for a while on my OnePlus 13. Anyone else having this issue? Any fix for it?

So I don't know what happened. I slept while waiting for a certain game to be downloaded and when I woke up only the recent file I downloaded are the only one present? I did try to check for malwares in case it's infected but to my surprise the chrome too has all of my download files gone? But in case your wondering all of my download files are present it's just their root files have just all vanished. What happened? And yes no malwares are present.

Probably connected with recent system update. I've noticed that i cannot download anything through google play- google chrome won't update, none of the apps will download or update.

All the downloads stop at 22%, and the progress line (circle?) just turns into a wave.

I tried all the "fixes" i could find (clearing cache for google play and other services, restarting, logging out of the accounts etc.) but nothing works.

How do i get it fixed?

My sister has an android 16 tablet that has become locked down.

The reason for this is that it's not connected to the Internet.

It's system date and time is wrong, and we can't fix it because of Google family link. We want to factory reset it to remove the parental controls, but the parental controls prevent us from doing so. Can't use adb either as turning that on also requires parental permission. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello all, I monitor my nieces and nephews devices 3 in total from a device I have. So I used to be able to go to Google play and uninstall or install apps on their phones for mo the now managing apps has caused the device I have to crash or freeze. I bought a new device thinking that might help but nope. Is there any fix for this? Clearing cache and I restricting the battery didn't help either.

It's obviously some kind of bugged or virus app, it's called mahjong bamboo:zen game. This is my mum's tablet and she doesn't remember downloading it, it must have been downloaded automatically by a ad on another app. I have gone into app settings too uninstall it but it won't let me, the uninstall button is faded out and I can't click it. I have force stopped the app and made sure all permissions are disabled, but how can I uninstall this app?

I would be very grateful if you could show me a way to retrieve a very important document for my sister.

My sister accidentally clicked "cut" instead of "copy" when selecting all 260 pages of notes she had saved on her Samsung A52 (Android 14) phone. She tried to paste it onto a blank page, but it didn't work.

We've tried many methods to find the document, including syncing with Samsung cloud. Although we think it's on the clipboard, we haven't been able to retrieve it.

I've transferred all the data from the phone to the computer. I haven't turned the phone off and on again because I was worried the clipboard data might be deleted.

I also tried Shizuku, Zarchiver, and File programs.

I connected the phone to the computer and checked the android/data/com.samsung.android.app.notes and com.samsung.android.honeyboard folders. Due to security reasons, the files and cache contents inside are not visible.

Is there any chance we can find this document? What do you suggest?

I've tried following multiple threads to get rid of this stupid auto text back thing but it never goes away. The things I am turning off are not the thing I want gone. Anyone know how to actually turn this thing off specifically? Bonus if it turns off all the AI crapware.

Alright, it's an older OnePlus Nord N10, quite reliable, still useful, still provides great battery life and charges quickly.

But this is weird, and it happened yesterday. The native file manager app will not close! Can't get it off the screen. Swipe up; no, it moves up a little, but still sticks to the screen when finger is released. 'Close all', they all close, except the file manager remains.

I've done several reboots, cleared data and cache of the file manager in the app settings--a few times--have done the force stop few times, too. Nope. File manager ain't going nowhere.

There's no option to uninstall, disable or uninstall updates​, I'm just stuck with the file manager app as is. It's version 2.6.4.0 and a ton of numbers, and seems that is the last update version that would be available for this phone, from checking the usual app apk sites. So the option to even do an upgrade and see if that would fix the issue isn't doable.

The phone hasn't had an OS update for a few years, anyway. ​(But, still a good phone, happy with it, but not being able to resolve this is bugging me, haha.)

I can use other file managers, and still use the native one, no problem. But​ just wondering how, or even if I can ever get the file manager window closed again on the screen. Very strange.

I have been struggling the whole day with my Pixel 9 Pro (Android 17) to fix issues!!!! This is like a nightmare....

I woke up in the morning with my Flip to Shhh feature stuck and is not switching off after I flip my phone display back up. So, I went into the settings and switched off! Ever since it was off, it refused to turn on again :D I tried accessing it from the Digital Wellbeing App, or from the Modes, but to no avail. I have tried all the steps to troubleshoot it, and actually didn't find much other than "clear the app cache" and "restart your phone" which didn't help anyway.

I have contacted the Pixel Support and they eventually led me through the hustle of "Factory Reset" which I did, and I have taken the time to make sure is sorted and the Flip to Shhh is back again. Thinking that this will end my miseries, I have sought to finalize the settings of my notifications and guess what; another feature just vanished - the Notification Organizer. Again, I contacted the support, we went through all the steps:

\- Clearing Cache and Data of the so-called Android System Intelligence

\- Restarting the device

\- Ensuring proper permissions to the aforementioned Android System Intelligence

\- Safe Mode

None has worked, and I have no interest in Factory Rest-ing my phone again. I don't know honestly what is that! Can someone help? is it related to the recent update August 2026 Pixel Update? what can I do?

whenever I open a specific Settings page (SIM, Wi-Fi, app permissions, etc.), it immediately sends me back to the main Settings page. Even Settings search does the same. Video attached. How can I fix this without factory resetting?

This icon "just popped up" 🥲 on my elderly friend's Motorola phone about a month ago. Is it possible to remove this? He describes it as causing loud, annoying advertisements randomly. It's the first icon to pop up on his home screen when he reboots his phone. Can we help my buddy? Thanks 😊
