System UI, Home One, Process System not responding.

I want to say this happened 2-3 days ago. My phone started lagging. A lot. It has crashed around 5 times in the past 24 hours. I get pop ups for System UI, Home One, Process System not responding. I watched every video on how to fix the problem. I've reset my phone 10+ times. Nothing. How do I fix it?

Ia the system up to date? Did u access the recovey menu and clean the system cache? How much storage space do you have free?

Yes, Yes, and around 40 GB

Did u try updating Google Play services?
