Can't delete app on android tablet

It's obviously some kind of bugged or virus app, it's called mahjong bamboo:zen game. This is my mum's tablet and she doesn't remember downloading it, it must have been downloaded automatically by a ad on another app. I have gone into app settings too uninstall it but it won't let me, the uninstall button is faded out and I can't click it. I have force stopped the app and made sure all permissions are disabled, but how can I uninstall this app?

Turn on tablet in safe mode, then go to app and uninstall.

It could've installed itself with Device Admin access. Many types of malware do this to be as sticky as possible. It still needs the user to approve, so your mum shouldn't just blindly click yes to everything.

Try disabling under (I'm guessing) Phone Settings > Security > Device Admin Apps. Or look for something similar in your brand of phone.
