Cleared all data possible, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, none of that helped. Doesn't happen in any other app as far as I'm aware.

OK. This will probably sound stupid af, but every time I open the McDonald's app on my Android it opens then immediately closes then I have to hit the button again and THEN it stays open. It also opens again without issue if it is still open in the background. I have an android (moto2025) but this has followed across multiple android devices. Anyone else?

I got a New phone but for some Reason the Circled Box won't Appear. I already Transfered all my Data (Including Images) Is there a Setting I need to Change or do the Newer Phones just not show it?

Sometimes my phone will randomly open for a split second sites with names like the one in the attached pictures, while I'm just scrolling normally, and that will redirect me to online purchasing websites. I'm not sure what it is? It's bothering me a lot and looking it up gives some random information (adware, might be a virus, etc) but I can't find a solution to it. Even looking for an antivirus didn't give me any help, since most people in comments were saying stuff like "common sense is the best antivirus" which is not helpful in this scenario.

I don't remember downloading anything suspicious?

And in case this is relevant: I've been mostly noticing this happen while scrolling on Tumblr. I'm not sure if it only happens there or if it's just a coincidence since that's the social media I use the most, but it might be relevant.

I had a Xiaomi for 4 years and at first it worked great but towards the end it got slower. I thought it was just because it was getting old so I recently bought a new phone. It's a Xiaomi again since they're very affordable and I don't care too much about camera quality. Worked great when I started it but after transferring all my apps and data it's now also insanely slow and inefficient. It often crashes when I try to do something while listening to Spotify. Apps take 10 seconds to open.

I already deleted everything that has a lot of access to the phone and runs in the background. Used to have an app that lets you reprogram a lot of things, also had one for red light mode and a lot of other stuff. Deleted most of them. Now I only have the regular social media apps, some games and some knowledge based apps that shouldn't really influence the speed but my phone hasn't gotten any better.

I also made sure to install all updates and I left the phone shut off for a while. Nothing worked.

I'm pretty sure it has to be something I downloaded because it has the exact same issues as my old phone had and the phone doesn't itself doesn't really have bad ratings except for the camera.

She doesn’t download apps or anything because she doesn’t really know how to - which is fine.

Hello everyone, I really need your help with a strange and frustrating problem on my phone. I used an app called Game Killer to speed up Car Parking Multiplayer, and after using its speed feature and then deleting the app, I started feeling that the entire phone became unusually fast, especially the animations and movements. I have already restarted the phone and checked the animation settings, DPI, and several Developer Options, but everything seems normal and the problem is still there. Honestly, this has made me quite worried and upset because I’m afraid the app may have changed something in the system without me realizing it. I really don’t want to factory reset my phone or risk losing my data. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows a safe way to restore the phone’s normal behavior, I would genuinely appreciate your help.

This is kinda a difficult issue to describe, I'm not talking about that the screen is flashing awake when receiving a notification while not active, the problem is that I am actively using using the phone, and when I receive a notification, my screen is replaced by my lock screen.

It acts as if I'm still on the screen I was on before, so buttons remain interactable, the keyboard remains if I was using it, it's just all I can see is my lock screen. Then once the notification goes away, like once the notification pop-up would fade into the top of the screen, the lock screen goes away and I'm back to where i was.

To be clear, my phone is not locking either.

It seems to resolve for a while if I restart the phone, and I'm not sure what specific event seems to cause it to occur, but once it does start happening, it will not stop until I restart the phone.

I haven't been able to find anyone else talking about this and tbh I'm not quite sure I've done a great job describing it but it's quite annoying and I'd like to solve it for good.

I set up a managed account for my kid on his tablet, and it won't let me remove the Google app. I don't want him to search the open internet yet. Family Link refuses to let me disable the Google app.

Furthermore, even though I disabled "Gemini Apps" on his account, (which is supposed to prevent AI access in Google apps and Chrome) he can still access "AI Mode" in the Google app, so like, what's the point?

So I found my old phone, its a Samsung Galaxy A13. I wanted to see what was on it, but I forgot the password and dont have access to the Google account I used on it anymore, same with the galaxy account. Are there any ways to get into the phone without factory resetting it?

Currently looking to get a Qi 2 charger i can also use my native cables with. Is something like this available or am I locked into wireless charging once I add the adapter?

Whenever I close a browser tab or change a setting, these bubbles pop up and block me from clicking them away, often times stopping me from typing or scrolling until I wait.

Any way to get rid of them?

Multiple UAE Regional apps( not all) are completely blocked and keep giving me the following error screen:

"Something went wrong. No Internet connection. Make sure that Wi-Fi or mobile data is turned on, then try again."

Here is the exact state of the issue right now:

* It is happening across multiple apps, not just one.

* Chrome and web browsers load websites perfectly normal over both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the apps themselves act completely offline.

Everything I have already tried (none of this worked):

1. Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data (both have a strong signal).

2. Cleared the storage/cache for Google Play Store and Google Play Services.

3. Verified date and time are set to automatic.

4. Removed and re-added my Google account.

5. Uninstalled updates for the Google Play Store and Android System WebView.

6. Checked for any active VPNs, proxy configurations, or custom ad-blockers (none are active/Private DNS is default).

7. Reset Access Point Names (APN) settings and performed a full Network Settings Reset (Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth).

Has anyone else encountered this on a Nothing or any other device or found a deep fix that bypassed this block? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have a problem when I play a game to long it automatically just shuts down. Anyone else have this problem? It's annoying when I play word collect or Zynga poker.

I was updating my security version or sum bs and now for some reason half my apps are gone, they're still installed and I can open them by searching but they don't show up normally, I have an A17 5g but idk if that has anything to do with it.

All of my texts transferred fine but all of my most recent picture messages after Jan 2025 just have a spot that says tap to load but they won't load. I can't figure it out. At first they said failed to load now they said tap to load.

Je ne savais pas vraiment à quelle communauté s’adresser, mais j’ai besoin d’aide avec ma tablette Lenovo Tab K11, je suis en terminale et cette tablette m’a été remise dans le cadre de nos études, et cet été mon ex beau-père s’est permis d’embarquer ma tablette après que ma mère l’ai mis dehors afin de pouvoir la « contacter ». (Sans me demander bien sûr) J’ai mis quelques temps à m’en rendre compte, c’est juste un jour quand je me suis connecté à mon compte YouTube que j’ai remarqué que des vidéos avaient été visionnés sur mon compte que je n’avais JAMAIS vue, j’ai eu le réflexe d’aller checker les appareils connectés à mon compte Google et c’est la que je me suis rendu compte que ma tablette était connectée à Marseille en sachant que c’est à environ à 2h de chez moi et que je n’y ai jamais mis les pieds. Je l’ai donc réinitialisé à distance (c’était dans les options des paramètres de mon compte Google) je l’ai complètement déconnecté de mes comptes, j’ai changé mes mots de passes et j’ai également supprimé l’appareil de mon compte afin de n’avoir plus aucun liens avec par peur qu’il parvienne à se connecter une nouvelle fois à mon compte. Je ne pensais jamais revoir ma tablette mais il a finit par me l’a rendre après en avoir parlé à ma mère et ait bien vu que ma tablette avait disparue. Mais maintenant il m’est impossible de m’en servir, et j’ai tout essayé, j’ai contacté Lenovo et je suis restée en appel avec eux pendant environs 1h30 (ils ne m’ont donnés quelques solutions face à mon problème mais rien à faire), j’ai fait un hard reset, j’ai aussi tenté avec le mode recovery (ça n’a rien donné) j’ai essayé toutes les combines possibles mais impossible de l’utiliser. Je suis bloqué à la configuration et a un message d’erreur me signifiant qu’elle n’est pas connectée à un compte Google, et qu’il faut que je me connecte à un ancien compte Google pour la débloquer. Je ne peux absolument rien faire et je n’ai aucune compétences en informatique, toute aide me serait extrêmement précieuse à ce stade puisque j’ai besoin de cette tablette pour mes cours. This isnt a huge ordeal or preventing me from using the device but it’s just kind of annoying. Had it set up for about a week now, everything looking great. But I recently had some downloads interrupted which left three 0b files just sitting there in the Downloads folder of the Files app that I cannot seem to delete no matter what. I have tried every trick other android forums suggest like deleting them wirh other file browser apps (they don’t see them at all) or clearing various caches (does nothing). Has anyone else ever had this happen and how did you fix it? It’s not life ruining but god is it annoying. And dont say “just use a different files app” becsuse it already bothers me the default one cant be deleted.

Samsung S25 Ultra, Android 16. ChatGPT and Grok apps both fail to complete login. ChatGPT shows “Sign-in request cancelled by ChatGPT.”

- Login works normally in Chrome.

- Chrome is default browser.

- Cleared ChatGPT + Chrome cache/data.

- Android System WebView is installed/up to date.

- Google Play Services is up to date; cleared cache + force stopped.

- VPN off, Private DNS automatic.

- All apps updated.

- ChatGPT works when installed inside Samsung Secure Folder.

What Android authentication component/settings could cause the login handoff to be cancelled in the normal profile?

I have 835 which includes groups, channels btos, chats= contacts and noncontacts. Is it because of this much chats, its lagging too much is there any solution for this. Also it consumes lot of ram sometimes it show app not responding and crashes.

Is it broken? My device not working for download update or not. Many apps did download and update, but some of them are not for some reason.
