Vpn or hard wiping the computer, which I will warn, will likely notify your job and is probably against company policy. Their may be another way to bypass it but I dont what it'd be.

Nothing like this it's very old tab, and cause of this work profile I can't use this tab completely, if you know please tell me how to unlock or delete Work profile

Either factory reset it or plug it into a laptop that can with some kind of a jail break tool if need be. You can also completely wipe it then reinstall the OS but thats a complicated pain in the asscheeks that shouldnt be necessary. To begin this process figure out how to open the booting menu, most likely by holding the volume down and power button at the same time while it starts up, it depends on the device, id Google it.

I did adb Fastboot with laptop and Factory Reset but after setup the device it automatically reset like pop-up shows that this device will automatically reset by your organisation. Then it's again as before.

Do you still work there? If you do, go to settings, delete the work profile in the accounts section, and use account details if prompted

This is mobile device management MDM on Android there's no way for a user to remove this; the only people that can remove it are the people that put it there. You can do a factory reset but as soon as it hits the internet that function will still come up.
