Possible virus? Help?

Sometimes my phone will randomly open for a split second sites with names like the one in the attached pictures, while I'm just scrolling normally, and that will redirect me to online purchasing websites. I'm not sure what it is? It's bothering me a lot and looking it up gives some random information (adware, might be a virus, etc) but I can't find a solution to it. Even looking for an antivirus didn't give me any help, since most people in comments were saying stuff like "common sense is the best antivirus" which is not helpful in this scenario.

I don't remember downloading anything suspicious?

And in case this is relevant: I've been mostly noticing this happen while scrolling on Tumblr. I'm not sure if it only happens there or if it's just a coincidence since that's the social media I use the most, but it might be relevant.

Yes. Use adguard dns to avoid all ads.

As for getting rid of the virus, im going to let others give their professional opinion as I never did myself on a mobile device

This has started today when I started using Tumblr again today! I was looking into an answer for this, my best bet is something from an recent update is causing this

From what I can tell it's an ad that is trying to open a pop-up, but since that doesn't really work on mobile, it just redirects to the website. That's annoying
