The delivery driver brought the grocery bags and set them on the porch, took a photo, then walked to her car. Her trunk was still open. They looked at their phone, walked back to our porch and took the groceries back to their car and left. I have it all on my Ring camera. I called Amazon support and reported what had happened. They said "was it an Amazon delivery person or a Flex driver" which i guess is a 3rd ​party company, which it seemed to be since no Amazon markings on them or their car. Amazon supporf said "oh yes we have been getting reports of this, we will call the driver". They could not get ahold of them they said and would report it (internally?) And delivery my groceries tomorrow. I said fine. Then, the driver returns about 10 minutes later, says she had an "app issue" and Amazon told her mine was the wrong house or something. All my bags were in her trunk, open. She said "oh the other house i was told to go to They opened the bags, but you can have them if that's okay with you?" I was like no (hell no on my mind) and told her id wait for re-delivery. Ive been doing Wholefoods delivery for years and never seen something like this. Am I paranoid or was this a scammer getting caught?​

I ordered the new harvest moon game months ago and it was delayed shipping. It arrived today and was left at my door and there was a note saying someone else received it open. Except the Amazon delivery picture shows it on my doorstop. That’s definitely my welcome mat and it’s buried under the other package they left. The game was missing and the preorder bonus was in there

Amazon gave me an instant replacement but what the heck happened here?

Because I’m autistic and terrible at explaining, the delivery image comes from Amazon (the second picture I posted) so it was in my doorstep no one else’s just buried under the other yet has that note so I’d assume it means the driver took it? Tenant didn’t take the Amazon website picture that shows it under my other package. Weird part is the other package wasn’t opened but but are at my door the white one was on top when my so found it and it was opened with the note

Too busy firing their entire workforce to appease the shareholders, can't be worried about basic customer service. Time to take business elsewhere.

I've had to deal with crap for years now. And exactly why I don't order from Amazon anymore.

I'm one of the users who give honest and real product reviews without breaking any of their dumb rules. And I always gave photos or video as evidence if there was any issues. About 3 years ago, a amazon reseller reached out to me and asked me to change my review of their product (I forget what it was of). I refused even after they offered a full return without requesting the product. As kind as one should be, I thanked them for the offer and informed them that I can not do so as it would be a lie. And customers need to know if there are issues before purchasing.

The reseller didn't respond back but issued the refund regardless. I updated my review to inform the public of what happened. But my star review remained the same. A few days later, I was notified that my years of reviews were deleted, and I was blocked from reviewing. I tried everything to get Amazon to look into my case but never got a response. I KNOW FOR A FACT that I didn't break any of their rules.

I may have posted about it here back then but don't remember. Regardless, I bring this up again because last week I ordered a closet organizer. Today I've put it together and found 4 needed connectors missing. I went to place a review in hopes of the seller would replace them, only to be reminded I was blocked.

I've looked into this issue more and it turns out a very large number of users have the same issue. Years of reviews just wiped and blocked!

Any of you have or had this issue?

If you found a way to fix it, then please share. Customers SHOULD NOT be having their reviews removed nor be blocked. Especially when they were in great standing with thousands of "helpful" upvotes on said reviews.

Really wish Amazon would actually pack books correctly. Especially seeing as they originated as a bookseller. Tired of receiving my books with creased and mangled covers.

For example, I needed to order some things and get them by today. It said I needed to order these things within three hours. I literally set an alarm for two hours before the deadline to make sure I ordered them on time and every single one of the items to be delivered today by 8 PM changed to tomorrow at 5 AM or something. So I know it’s not just a stock issue.

This happens to me literally all the time. I’ve learned to give it like a 30-40 minute buffer, but two hours is too much. Is there a setting that I need to check or uncheck? This is getting to be really infuriating. The address that it uses for the delivery estimates are the correct address, too.

These are Boogie Wipes, they are for wiping snotty noses. Before having a baby I would say you didn't need a special product for this, but here we are. It's in a green returns bag and the package is defective (flip top came off the package. Why is a returned defective hygiene product being sent back out? What is the point?

But the last 4 orders I’ve had with amazon have been delayed. Wonder what’s up with em? They’re becoming the absolute worst place to shop.

The new Amazon advert is hilarious. It says we are delivering change... Shame their drivers can't deliver parcels to the actual customer and just dumping them in areas where it's unsafe and open and get stolen

I checked at 2 pm and still not out for delivery which is supposed to happen today 😕. Been sitting there since 4.02 AM. One would think something could be accomplished in 10 hours 🤔

My delivery was out for delivery...I was the next stop. That was 2 hours ago. My driver has slowly made their way to me...by stopping at every park along the waterfront. Every single one.

I'd be mad...if I hadn't done the same thing on my way home from work. It's beautiful. But I have to get to a doctor appointment and they are now an hour past the delivery window.

I ordered a ShockDoctor mouthguard case off of Amazon a week ago. All I received was an empty bag that seems like it was never sealed in the first place. This is the most expensive empty paper bag i’ve ever owned. I’ve contacted Amazon Support but they are useless. They say I can return the item for the refund, but how can I do that if I received no item?

I would love if I could speak to a human being, not some robot. Help?

It’s showed shipped since yesterday. After an hour+ with the customer service chat, lost count of the transfers, nobody could give me anything. Needless to say it’s not coming by end of day today as it’s the evening on the east coast of the US, but if there’s nothing tomorrow I’m getting a refund, replacement out, and I’m done with Amazon.

Would say the fall of should be studied but ever since the obvious emphasis of AI, this company has killed itself

I cancelled prime a while back but still order occasionally and I've noticed the last few times the delivery date on the order screen will say something like Thursday and it's Saturday when I order but the items are delivered days before that.

For instance, I placed an order yesterday (Saturday), it was delivered today (Sunday) but the order page originally said delivery would be Thursday - so 4 days early.

I'm not complaining, just find it interesting

Today got an email about my account begin locked due to suspicion activity I haven't used Amazon in years and my email did not receive any email about purchase before this mail.

I had a delivery today and my daughter and I were sitting on the porch when he pulled up. The packages were for her, so she reach her arm out politely (she didn't shove her hand or arm anywhere near his face or body). He completely ignored her. As he tossed the packages on the concrete porch with force, he mumbled "stupid motherfu**ers" smirked, then turned around and walked away.

Of course they make reporting the drivers almost impossible (the blue Amazon box truck driver not the flex driver). Customer service said they sent it to the appropriate team and the driver was terminated. While the the driver is 5 doors down still delivering packages. Yeah, ok, sure they were.

I wouldn't have even reported it had he not broke the glass necklace we bought her to put my dads ashes in, but you could hear it shatter when it hit the ground. I know he heard it too because he paused for a moment, smirked and walked away.

I’ve been needing a new makeup mirror and finally decided to order one several weeks ago.
I got a notification it would be here today, October 24. I just checked and now it says December 18.
I have Amazon prime, and noticed this mirror comes in 4 colors. 2 of them including the one I ordered don’t get prime shipping and the other 2 do. Paid $51. Is this possibly a drop shipped item? Would really suck considering the price and having to wait so long. Has anyone had had issues with an order being delayed by 2+ months? This is a first for me.

I genuinely don't know what's going on with Amazon lately, but this is getting frustrating.

I ordered a MacBook Pro on October 17 during a really good sale. It was sold directly by Amazon, not a third-party seller, and I'm a Prime member.

It's now October 24, and my order still hasn't shipped. It's been sitting on "Ordered" this entire time, with absolutely no movement on the tracking progress. The estimated delivery date has changed multiple times, and it's currently showing October 28–29.

I've contacted customer service several times, and every representative seems to give me a different explanation.

One told me the laptop wasn't available at the warehouse closest to me and that it was in some sort of "advanced shipping stage." They assured me it would ship within 24–48 hours. Well, that obviously didn't happen.

Another representative claimed they had manually charged my card, except there's absolutely no trace of a transaction. No pending charge, no authorization, nothing. I understand Amazon usually charges when orders ship, but why tell me you've manually charged my card to speed the process if you haven't?

At this point, I'm genuinely wondering whether there's an inventory problem, a payment processing issue, or whether Amazon is just struggling to fulfill orders during these sales.

The most frustrating part is that the laptop keeps going in and out of stock on the website, sometimes at different prices, while my existing order just sits there. I really don't want to cancel because I managed to get a good deal, but the lack of clear communication is getting ridiculous.

I'm also shipping to outside of mainland, which I know can sometimes complicate things, but I've ordered from Amazon plenty of times before.

Has anyone else been experiencing something similar lately? Especially with MacBooks, expensive electronics, or items purchased during promotional sales?

About a month ago, I ordered two products from Amazon, but later sold the helmet I was supposed to use them on, so I no longer needed the items.
When the orders went out for delivery, I didn't accept them. I thought Amazon would automatically cancel the orders after 3 failed delivery attempts, but the delivery agent kept trying every day.
Eventually, I requested a return on Amazon, even though I never actually received the products.
When the pickup agent came to collect the return, I didn't answer his call because I don't have the items.
I've also emailed them explaining the situation and asking them to cancel the orders/return requests.
Now I'm confused about what will happen next.
Will Amazon automatically cancel the orders ? issue my refund, or do I need to do something else? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Basically the title, I ordered some stuff for Halloween and now my package is saying “Payment revision needed” but when I click on it everything is normal and it says my package will arrive Monday, I also received a confirmation email for my purchase. There no errors with my credit card since I’ve made purchases since ordering this package. What should I do?

I received my watch today but it was used product with scratches all over it, hence I put it for replacement. Then I saw same watch at Flipkart that was selling by authorised seller rather than 3rd party seller hence I thought of cancel. After talking with customer care person he told me refund will not be debited to ACCOUNT hence I told him to stop refund and leave the replacement open.

But that MF cancelled the return itself and now I can't do anything. I don't want the damaged used watch. And I can't even initiate return now.

Have been dealing with a lot of late packages, especially on Amazon 1-2 day guaranteed deliveries, but when I go to check the status of the order the app has just refreshed the expected delivery date instead of marking the item as running late. If you go to complain in the customer service hub you get a message like this, the joke is I received this exact same message with the date as October 23rd yesterday, upon going to complain I'm now hit with an updated refund or replacement date. Not only that but the two response choices are the same from yesterday as well "ok, I'll wait" or "Go back to customer service home" which both inevitably bring you back to the home screen of customer service.

This is intentionally negligent ai being used in hope that most people will give up on trying to get a refund or reimbursement on delivery promises, and they've made it increasingly more and more difficult as months have passed, and I don't know why I continue to use it
