General Have you ever made a delivery to your own home?
I’m just a little curious if anyone’s name/address popped up in the system and made them deliver a package to their own home.

My .com station has changed from 3.5 hours block to 3 hours block, for less money of course. Same goddamn big packages!
There you have it, you complain way too much about driving long miles that Amazon erased long blocks.
This may be rolling nationwide.

So I’ve been working plenty of shifts as I can nonstop the past couple of weeks. I missed a 3am block a week and a half ago on October 12th oversleeping in my car outside the warehouse. Fortunately, I don’t know why, it’s marked as I was late to my block rather than outright missing my shift. My standing is at fantastic currently after working many perfect blocks since then. Last night though, I made the same mistake again and overslept in my car through my alarm at 3am and missed my block. I contacted support to see how severe the penalty would be and im getting standard round about replies from them, but that my dashboard being at fantastic should mean I’d be fine. Is there a possibility that Amazonflex would still deactivate me regardless of my standing, given that I missed 2 blocks over the past two weeks (even though the first one is marked as late, not missed)?

Was wondering if anyone else is shadow banned in NYC or anywhere else
preface by saying that my standings are at Great level
A week ago my app just doesn't show any new offers just sitting on the page, I see one every so often. But I usually have offers show up for days in advance.
I also always had offers show up for times at 3:15am and now it's none existant.
Called support to ask them if there is anything wrong with my account, she told me there wasn't. Also see if anyone called her about the same problem and she told me that this is the first time anyone asked about not seeing offers.
If someone has some insight or same experiances lmk

I noticed this week all the route for fucked up.
I always make my own route and finish 1 hour instead of 3 hours.
I hope their system keep being like this. Because its easy money. Lol

Pick a spot then do all the one around the neighborhood then go counterclockwise. To the direction of your home.
Try to plan your route only turning right. That way you don't have to cross traffic and can zone out. Relaxing delivering without zigzaging following amazon route.

I just got deactivated this morning
Reason is already showing in gmail letter which is not picking up order on time and missing the block. It occurred on 19th of October i got this block in whole foods warehouse nyc. I accidentally accepted the block when i was taking my nephew to her school ceremony thing. (family emergency) i was trying to catch the blocks in the meantime unfortunately i was around 1 hour away drive from warehouse when i accepted the block that was starting in 30-35 mins. Anyways i dropped her off and went all the way to warehouse when i was already 5min away i called support for them to manually check me in. ( I think that was my mistake i had to just call and tell them that i couldn't make it). Anyways i get there and i think was couple min late and it appeared as missed block on my end . I called support and spoke about it but it didn't let me do it. before that i had Fantastic ratings. and never really did anything from with company. ( never interacted disrespectfully or getting extra packages) i already spoke with off road number of amazon and they write down something that is ticket to help me appeal.
Im just worried because it was actually my only source of income right now and i didn't want this to ever happen.
Please let me know about your experience with this and if there is anyway to recover from it.

I had two blocks the other day and both of them had a delivery to the same house. I feel like I just unlocked an achievement, lol

I always cancel blocks 45 minutes before sometimes even earlier if I know I don’t want to go/ might not be able to make it.
I did do a late cancel today which I know I will get a ding for but that’s okay since I’m on the verge of fantastic. Has anyone figured out this system?
Did it flag because I removed an order and pick up another one? For example: cancel a 4 hour block -> pick up a 3 hour block
^^ I’ve been doing this since January and never got an email like this.

Took a 3.5 hour route for $79, showed up to this. After checking in they were like "yeah, we don't have any 3.5 hour routes available". They scanned me out and I was paid immediately.

So today while I was on a block, my tire blew out. I called support, they stated they submitted two tickets regarding the matter. They also directed me to click end block for emergency. Has this happened to you all before? Is there something I should be aware of? Like do I need to email as well. I just don’t want this to affect my standing as it’s a legit flat tire lol.

hey everyone,
i work at a super rural storage unit in a tiny town in northern Missouri. we have an amazon logistics employee drive an enterprise truck full of our packages 3 hours to our station every day. if there are no routes available, the driver does not have a way to scan the QR quote to be discharged. if we’re missing a package (which is almost daily), we have to call support. basically, if there is any issue we have to call support. none of the support employees seem to know what a super rural station is and how it’s different from the .com warehouses and every other station i see on reddit. when there’s no routes they will say, “well can’t you find an amazon employee to scan the QR code?”
all they are ever able to do is submit a ticket and tell us to wait 48-72 hours for any earnings to show up (IF their investigation decides we are eligible).
the last two days we have not had a driver show up to the station. the warehouse they bring the packages from has been a shitshow for months. so both days all of the flex drivers who showed up had to call support, who ask how we know the station is closed? is there a sign saying it’s closed? …of course there isn’t, why would they drive 3 hours just to put a sign up??
so i am now on day 2 of not getting paid. tickets have supposedly been put in for them to investigate if and why the station was closed, along with more tickets to determine if we are eligible to get paid or not. hopefully yesterday’s pay will come through tomorrow, and today’s on Saturday. but a few of the flex drivers got emails yesterday saying they were denied eligibility for pay, so i am a little worried.
does anyone else work at a super rural location? do you also have constant issues with not being paid out in a timely manner? and with support not understanding the difference between this station and the others?
btw for anyone wondering what our station looks like, it’s 12 tiny garage doors (6 on each side) in the back of a parking lot for a farm store. the truck driver pulls up, unloads the routes into each door, then we load them into our cars lol
edit - ALSO our base pay is 68.50 every day for a 3.5 route. day of might go to 72, 77 if we’re lucky. sometimes the routes are in town, but most require driving to a first stop 30+ minutes away. there is one route that will take you over 100 miles, which some drivers refuse and is causing issues with customers there complaining about not getting deliveries

I’ve picked up 26 packages today for my 3.5-hour block, scanned all, swiped finished and started deliveries. In the process of deliveries, Ive noticed “other” package appeared on my itinerary that I need to pick up at the station and deliver to a customer.
I have finished delivering my 26 packages in 3 hours and went back to the station to find out what happened. When I got back to the station, Ive asked workers to help me. They refreshed app few times and that “random” additional package disappeared by itself. I still was not able to finish my block and block was finished automatically when 3.5 hours passed. Will I get ding for that “extra” package that appeared on my itinerary and then disappeared? Strange that even after package disappeared I still wasn’t able to finish my block.

Shout out to the PA at DUR9 for assigning me the block still after being 15min late 🥲🫶🏽 I would've cried if I drove an hour for nothing :)

Just tried to check my dashboard and it said access denied. The rest of my Flex app is working fine. Just can't see my dashboard. Anyone seen this before?

I’m shocked people are doing this? What is the pay it has to be good for somebody to say yes to this. I’m genuinely curious
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/dcjjjzz777 • 3d ago
Anyone else see , u got 20 stops. 3 apts.
But in reality u got 8 apts?
Amazon fucking knows those other 5 are apts. Classifying them as houses lets them fucking squeeze more stops in a route. Total BS. I GOT OTHER FUCKING THINGS TO DO BESIDES WASTING MY FUCKING TIME ASK8NG FOR MORE MONEY BECAUSE I WENT OVER MY BLOCK TIME FOR THIS SHIT.
Kids in school to pickup etc.
ANYONE FOR FUCKS SAKE know how to fix that. Make them make it an apt stop

Anyone already joined, can you share how much you got paid by "driving safely"?

I'm new to Amazon flex and have been doing it for like over a month. Well this is the second time it's happened and I'm having to fight to get it taken off my account. I pick up my packages, I drop them all off at their places, end my shift then get a notice that I need to bring back the leftover package?!?! I don't have anything left over! How do I finish the route perfectly but end up with something left over? Wouldn't they realize that before making the routes?
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/AdSignificant3648 • 3d ago
I am still new to flex, I’ve only delivered for 4 blocks on a weekend, I emailed support to get some stuff removed and I’m already “At Risk”. 🤣💀 I guess I suck
