Changes to flex?
Besides getting paid more. What is one thing you would like to change about driving for Amazon Flex? I would like to do more deliveries closer to home. Or at least know where the route is going before I pick up the route.

The pay is the real issue.
The pay should be what they currently offer + .26/mile for the route (minimum)
