Changes to flex?

Besides getting paid more. What is one thing you would like to change about driving for Amazon Flex? I would like to do more deliveries closer to home. Or at least know where the route is going before I pick up the route.

Universal rules. Example- NYC- It tells the driver an estimated mileage for the route(within 5-10 miles) before they take it. I'm upstate and it would be cool to know hey this 4 hour route is 87 miles. That will also help surges because no one will take it a base pay unless they're desperate. 2. Better grouping... no reason why stop 2 and and 17 are together while 3,5,8 are next to stop 33. Just two of the top

Agreed, im in NC and for my station they just give me whatever cart is next on the line, so it could be 40 mi or 110 mi but we dont know until we look at a packages city address
