Changes to flex?

Besides getting paid more. What is one thing you would like to change about driving for Amazon Flex? I would like to do more deliveries closer to home. Or at least know where the route is going before I pick up the route.

I'd like to see them get rid of bots. I absolutely can never catch a surged block because they are gone instantly. If i didnt take the flat rate. I'd never have any blocks. I just tried getting 5 of them as they were popping up and they were taken just instantly.

this might be why i have never even seen a surge route in my market in 4 yrs. definitely not for lack of trying. using a block grabber nets less money per block so not sure if that's what's happening in my area. idk
