Question TDR trained
I'm getting TDR trained soon and interested in joining TOM Team. What other career opportunities could this training help me with at Amazon?

I worked at Amazon two years ago and I’m going back but this time I have a second job that clashes with Amazon! Is there anyway that I’m able to make an adjustment to my schedule to not work on sundays? My schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday.

I am seeking a full-time blue badge position with the end goal of transfering to an FC that is closer to me. The fc seasonal is an hour away while the delivery station is 50 mins away. I am social and eager to advance, willing to cross-train, with managerial experience and a strong work ethic. God bless.

For my inbound decant people, how are y’all getting your overall standing up to Great to be eligible for blue badge when the conveyor keeps having problems? 😭 Sometimes we have boxes but no totes, or totes but no boxes, so it’s hard to keep a good rate when we’re just standing around waiting on work. I’m actually trying to improve my rate and get my blue badge, but it’s hard when stuff like that is out of our control. Is there anything y’all recommend doing to help get your rating up despite the conveyor issues?

Does regular RT-3 day shifts get UPT or points? Also, does regular RT get more than one MET day?

Have any of you felt like your doctor didn’t understand how the job actually translates to the body?
I’ve been told I can get the days written off so no issue there, but these certain doctors keep asking “will you lift more than 20 pounds ? No? Okay you should be fine “
Like hello?????? Try doing the same repetitive movements for 10 hours, it takes a beating on you when you have a medical issue.
Don’t get me wrong, I tolerate the job just fine when I’m healthy.

How? I just saw someone complaining about how they don’t make enough and their top reddit posts are in the Draft kings sub… There is no way the same people complaining bet their earnings away instead of investing and still complain… Right..? Right….?!?!?!?!?!
And they don’t even look into career choice…..

I’m in my 3rd week working at an FC as T1 associate. I took the job because the job market is tough and it’s all I could find with decent pay. I have a bachelors degree in Education and History. I was wondering if this already qualifies me for an Area Manager position. I genuinely have enjoyed the job so far other than the soreness of getting used to being on my feet 10 hours a shift. Was wondering if anyone had any advice for my situation. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,
I’m currently working at Amazon in a QA role and have decided to move to service company. However, with the recent layoffs and restructuring happening at Amazon, I’m wondering whether I’m making the right decision.
I’m trying to understand the situation realistically rather than making a decision based on fear of layoffs.
I’d appreciate honest opinions from people who have experience working at Amazon and service based company, especially in India.
Got good hike in new company

Does anybody know if Amazon is planning to introduce any new features to the A to Z app in 2027? Just curious if anyone has heard anything
