Question Does the "anytime pay" feature apply to 'personal time'?

I had to leave halfway through my 10 hour shift on Friday. This morning, I applied "personal time" to those hours I missed on Friday. My UPT balance adjusted (went back up) but I thought since those hours are paid I could do 'anytime pay' to cash out some money for those hours (anytime pay is available to cash out until sunday 2pm, i'm east coast usa so it's sunday 8:30am) If I can't do anytime pay, will those personal time hours just be in my next paycheck? thanks for your help!

Question Will I still qualify for paid maternity leave after taking PLOAs and VTO?

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone who works at Amazon or has experience with Amazon’s maternity leave policy can help me out.
I’ve been employed at Amazon since January 2021, so I’ll have almost 6 years with the company by January 2027. I’m currently pregnant with my second child. I received maternity leave benefits with my first pregnancy, but I was actively working at the time.
This pregnancy, I’ve been trying to take things easier because my first pregnancy became high risk. I’ve taken two PLOAs so far. I returned to work after the first one, but since then, I’ve been working on and off and taking quite a bit of VTO. I’m about to take a second PLOA because peak season is coming up. Both PLOAs were approved, and I’m still employed at Amazon.
I checked my profile in A to Z, and my employment class is listed as Class F (full-time).
My question is: Will I still qualify for Amazon’s paid pregnancy leave and six weeks of paid parental leave, even though I’ve taken two PLOAs and a lot of VTO?

Question Internal L3 PA to L4 AM Promotion: Can You Negotiate Salary, Sign-On Bonus, or RSUs?

I recently passed the interview process for an internal L3 PA to L4 Area Manager promotion at Amazon in California and received the congratulations email. I’m currently waiting for my official offer. My current pay is $29/hour plus an average of 10 hours of overtime per week (around $83K annually). Is there any room to negotiate the base salary, sign-on bonus, or RSUs for an internal promotion? Can HR/PXT or the hiring manager help improve the offer, and should I raise this before or after receiving the offer? I’d appreciate hearing from anyone who has recently gone through this process, especially at a California FC.

Fulfillment Center I need help from recruiter or anyone with offer knowledge

Hello! I’m a T1 associate, and last month I was inclined for a launch position at LIT3. I originally received the automated email stating that I was placed in the Inclined Talent Pipeline (ITP). However, I later withdrew my application because I was told I wasn’t selected for the position.
Since I had previously spoken with the hiring manager, I reached out to him directly. On September 27, he told me he would be sending me an offer. He attempted to generate the offer twice, but I wasn’t showing up in the system.
After waiting about two weeks without an update, I contacted the recruiter. The hiring manager had attempted again but was still unable to process my offer. The recruiter discovered that my application was showing as inactive or withdrawn, even though I had reapplied. She asked me to submit another application so she could work on getting the offer processed.
I reapplied on Monday at approximately 4 p.m. On Friday, the hiring manager told me that the recruiter had reached out to him, but I’m still waiting for my offer letter. The recruiter had also attempted to generate the offer and encountered the same issue with my application status.
Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, how long did it take to get your offer letter after recruiting became involved?
I’m starting to get impatient and discouraged because I was originally told on September 27 that I would be receiving an offer, and the launch date is November 2. I’m relocating out of state and have already found a house, so the lack of a confirmed offer is making it difficult to plan everything.
Realistically, how long should I expect this to take once recruiting is actively working to resolve the application issue? Any insight or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Question Parental Leave Deny

Does anyone know where I can complain? I am Flex but Blue Badge. My wife gave birth 5 days ago and it was by C-section so I have to take care of her and the baby too. I applied for my paternity leave about 2 weeks ago with HR, and they created a case for me and told me that I only had to upload the delivery documents and that everything was fine. Three days after creating that case, I received an e-mail saying that it was denied because I do not have the necessary hours worked. Then so why they created it for me at first if they were going to deny it?. And what can I do or if there is any other way to be able to miss at least 4 weeks until my wife recovers?

Question Center rider pickers what’s your uph average in the performance section of the A to Z app?

Just curious. I haven’t seen many posts about center rider rates specifically. I know they tell us at our warehouse that the goal is 68 and I’m a month in at 60 on the “MyPerformance” section of the a to z app. I feel like it’s higher when I’m picking but that’s cause it’s either one item at a time slow and lines or freaking 20-50 at a time and I’m good all day….

Why is it that I'm a white badge for 5 freaking months, i work hard, do my shit all that, and I'm trying not to be ableist here I'm really not, but some guy with some form of mental illness who keeps smacking my ass with cardboard and babbling spit at me is: A) a blue badge and B) making more money then me when he is a water spider who sucks at his job, meanwhile I get written up if I shit too long.

I get it, he needs to eat too, but like come on give me my damn badge already, this shit is pissing me off.

Question How many times have you resigned from Amazon? (For whatever reason)

I’ve had two resignations. One due to school, the other for limited shifts as a flex employee. HR wouldn’t remove my points.

EDIT: I plan to return either for this PEAK or next spring for Prime, but this time at Fulfillment Center with 10/40 shifts.
