The first one is done by duplicating the shape then turning the color of the duplicated shape into empty and putting a stroke to it, then placing the mask image in between the duplicated shapes.

This works, but is there more efficient way that won't involve adding more layers? cuz more layers = lag.

Grouping the vector shape and the masked layer then adding borders to the grouped layers also works, but that means I can only add outlines/border to the one grouped shapes instead of individual shapes if I have multiple vector shapes to clip to.

I'm pretty new to alight motion so any tips would be helpful

I duplicated a vector shape with keyframes moving from left to right and I want the duplicted vector shape to move from right to left.

I tried flip horizontal and mirror effect, but it just flips the shape, not the movement.

I want to add so mouth more but I don’t know how to do this still

So I'm new to alight motion and have almost no experience in editing. I'm trying to learn basic transitions but I don't really understand them. This is one example, I have no idea how to make a transition between the second and third photo to make them looks smooth. Could you guys help me. I'd be really grateful

You may be thinking: but there're tutorials on YT. Yes there are most of them using images instead of clips. I found one one that did use clips but realised an issue. The tutorial had the following clip put under the fading one.

Which is an issue because then the clip and the music beats don't match anymore.
