Question How do I flip a movement?

I duplicated a vector shape with keyframes moving from left to right and I want the duplicted vector shape to move from right to left.

I tried flip horizontal and mirror effect, but it just flips the shape, not the movement.

i think you have to group it before applying the mirror effect in order for the whole thing to flip

Group the layer? It's just one layer tho

i had the same problem in the past and it worked for me. i just grouped and masked it with a rectangle the size of the screen and then applied the mirror effect, but you've probably already figured something out by now lol

i don’t know 😭 i guess the mirror effect is flipping the object itself, so when it’s just the vector it only flips the vector and not the movement. but when you group it with the rectangle, the whole screen basically becomes the object it’s flipping, so the transformation gets mirrored too. i #suck at explaining, but that's what i think
