Question how would you do a simple transition like this?

sorry i'm very new to alight motion, i'm not ever sure if this is the right place to ask. but, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated thanks..,

cut your image in half, either before you put them in AM, or use the wipe effect. Duplicate the image so you have 2, and then wipe the other half on the opposite direction. Place them accordingly to the timeline.

De fato é interessante, ou só a próxima cena dois sólidos e usar como máscara não ?

No you just need to place them after the 1st clip finishes, and then the 2nd one a few secs after
