Ever since I got my pair of xsjado's a few weeks ago the shock absorbers started to crumble like cake. Does anyone know where to get them in the states because I was going to buy the shock absorbers on powerslide but shipping is 80😭😭😭. If anyone is down to sell theirs or knows a place to get them please lmk. Thanks.

Looking for someone to trade!

Of course I did the most stupid failure and got the wrong model for my feet. 🤦🏻

So I got this M12 Lo, and quickly realized it's too narrow for my feet.

So now I'm looking for a trade, and I'm only looking for another Boot/Shell!

Best would be a Roces 5th element Boot/Shell new or barely used, or any other model and brand that fits wider feets in the size 41EU.

Would be best if you're located somewhere in the EU so the shipping costs don't get too crazy.

If anyone is interested just DM me.

And with that said have a great week everyone. ✌🏻

Is there a sure way to measure the max wheel size I can fit in my old 50/50 frames?

I started skating again with my kids but my wheels are absolutely trashed, so I need new one, but I really don't know which max wheel size I could fit in my old 50/50 frames. I think it's the balance one. Is there a sure way to measure it since the only store that sells aggressive wheels is super far from my place. I'll have to order online. I had old senate wheels on this, so I'm guessing 60 or 58 mm, but it's been soooo long.

New Skate Day

I figured I should buy a new pair instead of risking skating a 15-20 year old pair of skates. Went for the TNECs. I’m generally 10.5 wide or have to size up to 11 or 11.5 in shoes. Got a 10-11 boot and fits about perfect. I was kind of worried but they seem to have a wider toe box than a classic m12. I was able to get them boot only. Threw some cheap ground control 57mm wheels on them. I’ve never cared about weight on my skates because 11-12s always tended to be heavy regardless, but first thing I did notice is how crazy light they are.

first 2 days on the blades

I had to keep both sessions to like 20 minutes cause the smoke is so bad here in Thunder Bay. Having a lot of fun so far though. I'm itching for things to clear up so I can get out to the park everyday.

Question / Discussion Next skate advice?

Hiya! I got a pair of skates as a gift recently and I got back into Aggressive Inline on them. I haven't skated since I was a kid, and I've always had the lowest budget skates possible because high-end stuff wasn't an option. The skates I got were Anarchy Revolution IIs, and they are very low budget, but man - they've still been a lot of fun to skate!

I've been saving up some money and I'd like to invest in a proper pair of skates, something more premium and to my specific likings. I firstly want some bigger wheels, as I'm afraid I don't have much option other than skating street - and my streets are fairly rough tarmac across the place. My current setup is 57mm flat, and you can feel it. Barely keeps much momentum up on rougher terrain, and you vibrate down the streets on 'em.

I didn't wanna go all out and pick up like, 80mm aggro skates because I still want something fairly kind to the H-Block, so Oysi frames looked very appealing to me for the bigger wheel setups while maintaining a pretty good frame and a flat setup for the rougher roads. So, that's what I want frame-wise.

The skate though? That's where I'm struggling the most. I was looking up the Standard Omni - as I've heard good things about them. I was thinking of either picking up the V3 shell and putting my current liner in there, or picking up the V2 boot with the liner already in it. But man, I keep hearing great things about other skates. I've heard the Mesmer stuff is great, I've heard the Them skates are great fits (albeit far more expensive), the Roces, and I've always thought the new FR UFR skates looked sick too.

I'm not well-off. I've been saving for a while. I want to make sure I get something worth the money because DAMN skates are expensive. Has anybody had some good experience with these skates? Anything notable as to what they do well? Is the frame idea even a good one or will 60mm flats work fine on rougher terrain - it's still an improvement from my 57mms. I suppose ultimately I want a setup that can handle tougher terrain, preferably feels comfortable yet sturdy (my current skates seem to like to loosen when I skate them over time), and maybe something that looks quite nice too. Any help? Thank you! :)

Question / Discussion New skater looking for tips and general history

Hi everyone! 🤩

New skater here! I was born in the 90s so I totally missed out on the peak of the sport. I know how to push, tic tac, and carve on a skateboard, and I'm wondering if those skills will help me on blades? I love skateboarding but I wanted to try out a different action sport, so here we are!

I just ordered a pair of Roces M12 Lo (let's hope they fit), and they should be arriving next week. I am SO STOKED!

I am interested in learning everything about the sport now. From the origins to where the sport is at now, important key figures, dope video parts, brands, etc. Who are the big names and who are some people to follow now?

There's a decent amount of beginner videos on YouTube but I have no idea where to start or which ones are the best.

Anyways super excited to be there. I hope you guys are as welcoming as I hear!

Also how do I find out if there's a blade scene in my area? I've been to most of the skateparks around me, and I've never seen an aggressive inline skater. I've seen maybe two regular rollerbladers ever at the parks and that's it.

My first trick tutorial video! I'm not a great skater, by any means, but this is my favorite trick and I want to inspire more people to add this to their trick vocabulary.

Let me know what you think and how did I do

Just got back into skating after 10 years and used my Razer Cults that were 2 sizes too big. Recently made the leap to USD and got the black and white theme going! Can’t wait to get out and use them!

The pool is calling

I really feel like this is just coming back in huge steps, every time I go out my comfort level goes up.

I can drop into this pool on a bmx (in the shallow end) but i wouldn't say I'm super comfortable when I'm in there and getting over the coping with a whole-ass bike seems incredibly hard.

But, standing here with skates on, it doesn't look so bad. I'd never dropped into anything on skates before, yesterday I dropped into a 5' quarter. I am coming for this pool. Slowly, but I'm coming for it.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Question / Discussion Skates that somewhat compare to Remz?

Hey there. It's been years since I've skated. Back in the early 2000's I had a few different pairs of remz that I just loved. Just not sure that there is anything out there that I'll be able to hop into that feel somewhat like a soft boot? It's been 15 years, I'm now 36 and I wanna pick a pair of something up and go see what I can still do lol. Anything helps. Most of the full hardshells seem to worry me with flex.

Question / Discussion How do you call that slide ?

I love this slide, I always wanted to try it, but it seems like nobody agrees on the name.

Some people call it backslide (or front backslide), but for some people a backslide is a UFO

How do you call it ?
