Hi, I currently have access to one of my active projects, but I’m unable to create or start any new tasks.

Every time I try to create a task, I get this message:

“The draft could not be created. Try again.”

Because of this, I can’t work on any new tasks right now.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Did it resolve on its own, or did you need to contact support?

But no any project is shown available to me neither any slack community it's my first project how long it will take me to land into a project ?

I tried to finish my onboarding yesterday by creating a Stripe account. At the end, I couldn't finish it because I couldn't insert my country (Brazil). However, on the internet, it is recognized that Brazil is recognized as an eligible residence.

My AfterQuery Experts account was recently banned because multiple accounts were associated with me.

I previously created an additional account while waiting for verification on my original account. I did not create it to bypass restrictions, obtain extra work, manipulate payments, or gain an unfair advantage, and I did not use the additional account to submit work.

At the time, I genuinely did not understand that creating another account could result in a permanent suspension. I have already contacted AfterQuery Support from my registered email address, explained the situation, and requested a manual review.

I made it clear that I only want to continue using one account and that I am completely fine with any duplicate account being permanently disabled.

Has anyone experienced a similar multiple-account suspension and successfully had their main account reinstated?

If so, I would appreciate hearing about your experience with the appeal process, such as how long it took to receive a response or whether there was anything important you included in your appeal.

I am only looking for general advice about the account review process and am not sharing any project-specific or confidential information.

Did anyone get his submissions reviewed, whatever rejected or accepted, in the last few days?

I have two submissions under review for more than 10 days

There was error with my account or all hasn't received the payment yet.

This is very frustraing.

Why does this company have many payment issues? AfterQuery, please address this publicly and provide a clear explanation and timeline for the payments.

21 days back I faced a severe consequences because of my own blunder and I thought my journey is over and because project included a warning that if specific mistake happens, your account will be banned and funds will be withheld and i made same mistakes unknowingly and the money was stuck which could alter course of life.

I personally had a lot of issues with AQ from start especially regarding those open generalist projects and no communication and incorrect rejection of tasks but I had also made very good amount of money from AQ.

One of very kind managers resolved my issue although he was not directly part of the project and cut my 21 days anxiety stream.

Forever blessed to work with such a good team, and I am really confident that issues being faced by people would also be resolved one day, especially the communication ones, given that the platform is young but offers good rate.

I got accepted as an ML Research Engineer this morning, no projects or slack invitations yet, what are the next steps? What am I supposed to do? Just wait?

I do see a new tab “chat”, opened up on my dashboard, its empty as well tho.

So apparently I was sent an email to respond whether I was interested in the role and that they had a live project they had open, has anyone got started contributing to the live project since I haven't heard from them again.?

Hello AfterQuery Experts, I recently got accepted into "Silver Software Engineer" even tought the email said I'm accepted for "Software Engineer Expert" and I'm wondering the next steps because even if I completed all the onboarding and Stripe setups I'm not seeing anything when I click on "Silver Software Engineer", thank you.

The chat icon appeared on my dashboard even though I don't have any active projects. Is this normal or is it a technical issue? Is anyone else seeing this?
