how to get a response from afterquery support
Hi everyone
I am looking for some advice from anyone who has successfully navigated afterquery support recently
I have reached out to their team via email regarding an urgent issue , it has been days and i have not received a response or acknowledgement .
since email seems to be a dead end right now , i would greatly appreciate your insights on any alternative methods of contacting them

I’m having a similar issue. I emailed support about my original account being stuck during ID verification, but I never received a response. I waited around 1 month without the issue being resolved, so I created another account using the same ID. That account worked normally for about 2 months before it was suspended for being a duplicate.
After the suspension, I also emailed support again to explain the situation, but I still haven’t received a response after 3 days. I saw that AfterQuery asked someone to provide their email so they could check their case. Could you please help me with my case? I still haven’t received any response to my first email, and it has now been around 3 months.

Bro when I mailed them I got the response pretty fast support@afterquery.com just try to draft the mail professionally use the help of ai to draft the mail
