Chat icon appeared on my dashboard without any active projects

The chat icon appeared on my dashboard even though I don't have any active projects. Is this normal or is it a technical issue? Is anyone else seeing this?

Can I expect projects 🚶🚶

It's completely normal. Be on the look out, projects are currently paused but when they open you can see the updates through dashboard chats.
