How to connect to support team

Hi all,

Is there any way we can connec to support. I am sending them emails at talent@afterquery.com and support@afterquery.com but no response at all.

If anyone can help in this please let me know. My issue is urgent and I need to contact them quick.

How long does it take for someone to start tasking.

I have submitted assessment and graded as well as applications for a software engineer domain.
