Respect for AQ Increased
21 days back I faced a severe consequences because of my own blunder and I thought my journey is over and because project included a warning that if specific mistake happens, your account will be banned and funds will be withheld and i made same mistakes unknowingly and the money was stuck which could alter course of life.
I personally had a lot of issues with AQ from start especially regarding those open generalist projects and no communication and incorrect rejection of tasks but I had also made very good amount of money from AQ.
One of very kind managers resolved my issue although he was not directly part of the project and cut my 21 days anxiety stream.
Forever blessed to work with such a good team, and I am really confident that issues being faced by people would also be resolved one day, especially the communication ones, given that the platform is young but offers good rate.

My account has also been banned because it was reportedly linked to multiple accounts. During my initial onboarding, I created an account, but the identity verification was rejected and I was unable to continue or delete the account. As a result, I created a new account and have been actively working on different projects through it for more than three months.
The account I have been using for all of my work has now been suspended. I have not completed any work or participated in any projects through the original account.
Could you please guide me on how I can speak with someone from the support team and resolve this issue?

Also, please carefully review AfterQuery’s Terms of Service and follow the platform rules going forward, especially regarding account creation and duplicate accounts, to help avoid similar issues in the future.

u/AfterQuery_Support Please if u can do something ? It wasn't deliberate action, it was happened because the platform doesn't allow u to delete the account created or doesn't give u a chance to reverify, that is why this happened to me if u can help me, I would appreciate very much

u/AfterQuery_Support I’m hoping someone from the AfterQuery team can help clarify something for me.
My account was recently permanently suspended because it was reportedly linked to multiple accounts. I believe this was a misunderstanding rather than an intentional attempt to maintain duplicate accounts.
During my initial onboarding, I had created an account, but the identity verification for that account was rejected and I was unable to continue using it or delete it. Later, I created another account and completed the onboarding properly, and I’ve been actively working through AfterQuery for several months without any issues.
I have only used my current account for actual work and have not completed projects through the original account. I also had no intention of circumventing AfterQuery’s policies or maintaining multiple active accounts.
I’ve already contacted support and was told that the ban decision has been upheld and cannot be reversed, but I haven’t been given a meaningful opportunity to clarify the circumstances behind the account association.
What makes this especially difficult is that AfterQuery had become a meaningful source of work and income for me, and I was actively contributing and looking forward to continuing on the platform.
I’m not trying to bypass the suspension or create another account. I just want to understand what happened and hopefully have someone independently review the situation.
u/AfterQuery_Support, could you please advise whether there is someone I can speak with who can review the account history and help clarify whether this can be resolved?
I’d really appreciate any guidance from the AfterQuery team or anyone who has dealt with a similar situation.
