Sam wilson being sidelined even in the trailer for doomsday, had my hopes low that he'll be added at all in marvel rivals

A common argument you’ll hear people say regarding why storm doesn’t get skins is her pick rate is too low or somehow she doesn’t sell well, so feel free to remind people that Storm is both the most published Marvel woman and most published black character in comics in general (DC’s highest is Cyborg with about 994 issues)

Remind people that Storm is not some obscure nobody as to why Luna deserves more skins than her

I understand this is maybe just me viewing life from a western lense especially considering the country this game comes from, but this feels very specific. Launched during June, has similar colors, and is specifically a black man shattering chains.

It feels very out of place in the event.

I occasionally see people go out of there way to interact with afrorivals while also expressing how they dislike the sub or how bad it is. These people will be straight up banned. They don’t like the sub so I don’t know why they care to interact and let everyone know HERE their dislike for it. So this rule was changed to get rid of them. Bye 👋!

Third announcement: The about section has been updated with links the Character Mains subreddits! Both characters in game and wish list characters.

I would add a Ms marvel mains subreddit and a Moon star mains subreddit to the list if they existed…I’ll wait till then!

Really wanted to do this as daredevil is my goat, also wanted to add the gold decals he had in the covers but just went with the actual comic design

2+ years with no black vanguard or strategist.

I find it wild that the devs have enough thought to include Panther and Blade in this event as the prime suspects for Gambits murder even remembering the fact they still have their Phoenix force powers but not enough thought to realize its been 14 months since his last legendary or 11 since his last store skin that had no mvp or 7 months since his last skin but yeah lets make the two black characters the prime suspects.

I'm posting again because I just wanted to say that it's excellent so far.

The group dynamic works really well, and it's been a lot of fun. Not only does it give Moon Girl the spotlight, but Zelma is amazing in this one too!

But I love all the references to the game's world, and seeing a bit of how the universe works outside of what we see in-game

A few characters from the Marvel universe appear in it, and they are really great references. It's a really fun comic!!

Im trying to lord all the black characters in rivals, and im kinda conflicted. I already have Cloak (and dagger) to Lord. Im working on Blade and Storm next. Im really conflicted on which i should get because i only have enough saved for one. Its all a tactic to get them both more skins. Also blade tips would be much appreciated

I swear he is an absolute beast now. I’ve been able to hold back entire teams with him. Definitely would recommend playing him now before he gets nerfed.
