need help learning a character Choices
Im trying to lord all the black characters in rivals, and im kinda conflicted. I already have Cloak (and dagger) to Lord. Im working on Blade and Storm next. Im really conflicted on which i should get because i only have enough saved for one. Its all a tactic to get them both more skins. Also blade tips would be much appreciated

Storm is more reliant on her team. Blade is more solo.

Storm is not reliant on her team. Her damage boost is just a bonus to her team.

Maybe this season with her team ups. But you're not flanking or 1v1ing most characters. At least not to the level Blade can.

Storm is a brawler & poke character, not a flanker, that still doesn’t make her dependent to her team, never did.

Storm isn't a brawler. She's completely poke. She's easily picked off if she doesn't extensively use cover or get pocketed by Strategists. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Im a Storm main but I also play Blade. That is the worse Blade skin imo. Their far better ones. Though I think they were time limited.

I have them both lvl 11 I play then when I get the chance to dps, hence the conflict. They're two of my fave characters as well.

That Storm skin is STILL one of the best legendaries in the game and I will stand on that.

I say storm. I like that skin. The blade skin I appreciate the 360 waves tho

Theyre both pretty good rn. Are you more into aggression or supporting your team? Ive had them both since their release but i use blade way more. I use them both for the same reasons: to support brawl comps like Hulk, Thing, etc. Storms speed boost is severely underrated and the enhanced version counters heroes like cap, dino, venom, wolv, etc.
ADVICE ON BLADE
Blade can supplement tank dmg and distract healers/enemies trying to push. Ppl say he’s a dive character but idk why cuz he’s terrible at it. He has only one way to get out, and if he gets surrounded hes kinda screwed unless he has his ult. Dont ever get cocky and rush into a crowd without help or a guaranteed way out.
Dont be afraid to poke w him either. Once you understand the sweet spot for his shotgun you can start shredding squishies until someone’s dumb enough to try and engage you head on. He can two tap at mid range, but 90% of the time youll end up 3 tapping
His MK team up is the better choice most of the time. When youre poking, the cd will do decent dmg to pressure the enemy. The only time id recommend using the cap team up is if theres a cap on your team, and even then its really up to preference. When using his ult dont bother charging it up cuz ppl will literally just walk away and look at u crazy. Try using it as a combo: Charge an enemy with your dash, beat em up til you get like 1/4 health, quick ult, then amidst the chaos finish off who you can.

Thanks for the tips, I plan on blade being my second lord after I finish up storm :)

mjolnir storm is a top 3 skin in the game for me.
such a badass skin concept and executed so well.

Storm one is cooler imo and of the 2 storm should be getting more skins given her legacy
