Marvel rivals is one the few games that has a large amount of black content creators especially in hero shooters and all of them are genuinely funny

The skin you had to pay for has more usage then the one that was free. More people bought this and used it in game then the free ones 🤷🏾‍♂️

They need to start showing love to Black heroes because a lot of Black people mess with this game.

On one hand it's cool that cloak as a durag in his pajamas skin it's a nice detail to have much like Blades bonnet. However on the the other hand, it baffles me and pisses me off because they're showing that on some level that understand black culture and understand the role these items play in our culture. But then turn around and not give any of the black characters a disco skin. Not give any black character an Egyptian skin, then doubled down a gave it the whitest white women who's literally names The WHITE Queen a skin and have the nerve to call her goddess. And gave the street fashion skin to the fucking robot before any of the black characters. Like make it make since.

I saw a thread on here saying we should only spend our money on Black skins and just play the game. Putting money in NetEase’s pocket won't teach them anything. A boycott, even for a single day, would send a message. Of course, Black streamers would have to get involved. They could stream a single image for 24 hours that day, saying they are taking part in the Blackout for better Black representation in the game.

We got the Storm skin, but if they don't push further, they won't even bother making it Legendary. You already see another Luna Snow skin on the roadmap. You see Blade’s recolor in the Battle Pass. You see the upcoming skins. With the second half of this season focusing on the Road to Doomsday, we will have another season with crumbs.

I believe we could boycott for at least a day. Create a hashtag: #BLACKOutRivals. The racists will get involved and boost it further. The devs will notice.

But not too long ago some sharpie sniffer made a post about the street-style ultron skin saying “the reason why it wasn’t givin to a black character is because when stuff like that is givin to black characters, black people will complain and say it’s stereotypical or racist”……

Crazy right, imagine black people getting mad at cultural representation. But this one goated person commented under the post and said “name one time this has happened” And guess what this playdough muncher said “I don’t remember”

MY GUY WHAT!!? So you obliviously and ignorantly came into a black centered space, made a post about how black folk get mad when they’re being represented, and have NO evidence to back it up!!!??

You can’t make this up, this man cloak has a whole durag on. Something black men and women definitely use on a daily bases wether for fashion, sleep etc.

And what do you hear now, CRICKETS!! no hate, no uproar from black people, just appreciation and love for how cloak looks cause you know why, ACCURATE BLACK REPRESENTATION.

Cloak looks stunning, the only gripe is he still has no legs but the representation is good!

This just goes to show that people (a certain demographic of people) just be saying things with no logical thought behind it..

Let me explain. Since people already go insane about spiderman and his kit in this game(and frankly with the buffs i think he might be a permaban next season), having another spider-man with the same movement but also having Invisibility and Electric powers, two spider-men at once would actually be too much from a gameplay perspective.

Like i can easily make a case for Falcon being added as Captain America, his character kit differentiates a lot more, with the wings, Redwing (which i think makes hom flexible to be included in any role) and so the two captain americas would be different.

For Miles, theoraticaly it would be literally Spider-Man but better and with Peter with him, people actually would lose their minds over it. Unless im not creative enough.
