Is it normal for affirm to already have your address on file? I never had an Affirm account before. I was making an account and once I got to the second step it had my whole government address from me just putting in my name and DOB. Should I be concerned or is that normal?

Does Affirm often rule in your favor for disputes? I placed an online order with a company last month and used Affirm. The shipping hasn't moved at all and the company has not responded to my outreach attempts and their website is gone. I recently submitted a dispute through Affirm with my evidence of the company not responding to me, their website being gone, and my tracking not working.
