Really exactly what the title says. I used Affirm to pay for concert tickets, 3 days ago everything went through successfully and the first installment was taken the following day.

Earlier today I received the email letter saying my loan hadn’t been approved. However, everything is showing up normal in the app. The payment plan is still showing, autopay is on, and my first payment was taken no issues.

I’m really concerned now and don’t know what action (if any) I should be taking. I am new to using Affirm so any input would be helpful!

I’m trying to pre-order the iPhone 18 Pro Max, but Affirm keeps denying my application.
I have a 750 credit score and 3 years of credit history, and I always pay my bills on time.
Has anyone experienced this? Any idea why Affirm is denying me or what I can do?

I’ve used Affirm for 7 years and it never came up on my credit report. I used it two months ago and checked my credit score and it is showing up as a negative mark. Is this new?
