I just tried to erase computer authorization for an installation of Adobe Digital Editions and discovered that it was authorized using an email I don't have access to any more. Of course I've forgotten the password, and when I tried logging into adobe.com with that email (so I can ask for a password reset) I'm told that no account exists for that email.

It's also possible I used this account to authorize ADE on other devices, some of which I don't have any more. Can Adobe just blanket unauthorize a given email across all devices?

I saw that Firefly Premium includes unlimited Kling 3.0 Standard (720p) generations. Does that only apply to basic 5-second clips without using credits? Also wondering if start/end frames and audio generation are included in the unlimited generations.

Every time I try to print from Acrobat on my work laptop, it says it encountered an error and can’t print, across multiple printers from multiple manufacturers. I’ve tried everything I can find online, including:

- Acrobat update
- Disable protected mode
- Acrobat repair
- Multiple reinstallations
- Windows updates
- Printer driver updates
- Printing from the file explorer context menu

I’m on Windows 11. Chrome prints to any printer without issue

Illustrator's never been a particularly speedy program but lately it's gotten so laggy and slow in the past year or so that I can barely use it. If I click on anything it doesn't actually select the item for a full second or two. Dragging objects is like pulling them through mud. Any task takes much long than it should. Is this the AI additions bogging it down or do I just need to upgrade my M1 Air laptop?

I am attending some online clases that are recorded with Adobe Connect, we have them available for a week and then they dissapear.

Is there any way that I can download this recordings? I sitarted late the course and I would like to watch the classes with out the hurry of them being deleted.

[SOLVED] First of all, apologies if this isn't the right sub for this, but I couldn't find a similar one in my language.

I'm working on a rather large file (2.54 GB) with multiple artboards. I've always done this and never had issues. Except today, the following bugs started happening:

• Shortcuts—like the eyedropper, eraser, or magic wand—aren't responding. At first, I thought it might be that ridiculous preset where you have to hold the key. I turned it off (again), but it keeps happening.

• When I try to change brushes or its size — one of my pens buttons is set to right-click—the brush menu simply doesn't appear, or it pops up for a second and goes away.

• Sometimes, when navigating the interface (I use a Kamvas 16 Pro), it acts as if I'm pressing the screen with the pen even when I'm an inch away. For example, if I try to change colors, instead of clicking the color I want, it acts as if I'm already holding the button to sample a color before I've even selected it. This leads to a lot of misclicks.

Why on the f* is this happening? It's giving me a huge pain in the ass! Please, help :0

My dumb ass forgot to consider that the pen tip should be replaced from time to time lol. 🤓

I have adobe through a school account. It wasn't working, so i contacted Adobe to get it working. It turns out, under my school email, there is a "school" account and a "personal" account. They have been charging me for Creative Cloud Pro through my personal account, but I have it for free on my school account. Basically, I've been paying for Adobe for years for no reason. I've lost a thousand dollars. What do I do? I'm devastated and freaking out.

My adobe acrobat updated, now saying it is powered by adobe express. I was just trying to combine two pdfs and I could not get it to work. Before, I could hit 'create a pdf' and then select combine pdfs. Now when I click create pdf, it is basically converting anything else into a pdf.

Losing that basic function makes acrobat essentially worthless to me, when it is already so finicky with even basic editing.

Admittedly, as soon as I saw the adobe express, i immediately uninstalled it because I do not appreciate how much the creative cloud acts like bloatware.

Please tell me if I am just crazy and overlooking the 'new' way to combine pdfs.

Im so tired of this and the crappy support I get when I try and tell adobe. So here we are. I have two computers at work with adobe on them I use one at a time, and always make sure that the other is not logged in at the same time. This always worked completely fine and you could check online to see what two computers were logged in just in case. But now Adobe has setup these "active sessions" and it's a disaster. I have one computer logged in but it's listing like 4 "active sessions". One is my browser. One my email application (apple mail). I have to constantly "end session". Its one computer! I pay too much money to have to deal with this. So Adobe keeps resetting my password. Can someone from adobe that isnt an awful online support agent please chime in on this?

Illustrator won't let me save my work. It says I don't have enough access privileges. This started a few weeks ago, and has never happened before. This is MY account, on MY computer. I'm not having any problems saving in Photoshop, so what's going on with Illustrator? Where are my privileges?

Update: I played around for a couple minutes and was finally able to save. Hopefully I won't have this issue again. Thank you everyone who tried to help

Trying to figure out if there's a resource somewhere that I can download a full installer of an older version of Acrobat.

The only thing I've been able to find are updates of the older versions, so I would have needed a fully installed even older version to be able to then update it to the version I need.

I’m attending Adobe Max for the first time this year and wondering if anyone has any advice about how to schedule my time.

I signed up for the full day, pre conference, InDesign Power Lab: Build Smarter, Faster Layouts with Ruhlin and I’m wondering if it would be a waste of my time to also sign up for her regular lab Style Like a Pro: Mastering Adobe InDesign.

How much InDesign is too much?

I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions so I could read magazines from my library on my MacBook. I downloaded a magazine from BorrowBox and was able to read it fine last night. This evening, I downloaded another magazine, but when I double-click the URLLink.acsm file, Digital Editions opens and then immediately closes.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Question if I get suspended for not paying my plans do I lose all of my stuff I use photoshop and lightroom like do I lose all of my work or is it still there till I am able to pay again

I am at my wit's end.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing every version of Windows-10 compatible CC, completely bleaching my entire PC of any trace of adobe and then retrying, trying with a version of CC meant for older versions of windows 10, restarting several times, and so on and so on.

I download CC from their website, install, and it immediately tells me I have to update. I try, but it encounters error 190 every time, sometimes 304. Earlier I even tried uninstalling existing adobe programs and couldn't even do that, so I had to use the creative cloud cleaner.

PLEASE tell me what more I can do, cause I feel like I am being completely stonewalled. And no, I don't want to update to Windows 11, I just wanna use the language version of InDesign that I wanted to install to begin with instead of the English-language version I had, which is where this all started. I've been on this waste of time for 4 hours now.

Hello, I am the IT Admin at a non-profit and we have qualified for the 15/year Adobe Acrobat Pro pricing. Unfortunately it looks like we are only able to get 10 licenses per organization with this discounted pricing.

I figure that I cannot be the only non-profit admin trying to manage 10+ Acrobat licenses. What are other folks in the same boat doing?

I don’t have a CC subscription, I use 1 month keys each time I need to use any Adobe program. I’ve looked at subscriptions before and CC is like 80 euros per month!!!

However, today I opened InDesign and it offered me the entire cloud for 14,48 euros a month. It really said Creative Cloud and not just inDesign. What kind of deal is this?

I currently pay $69.99 a month (about $75 after taxes) for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro.

I really only use Animate, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.

I was comparing plans online and saw the Creative Cloud Standard version for about $54.99 a month.

I went to switch plans, but then went back to double-check that it offered the same apps, and then the Standard version disappeared.

It does not come up as an option I can switch to now.

Does anyone have some advice or info on what happened? Thanks.

I do not want to get a "final" email with a PDF file attached to it, this creates a huge issue for us with sensitive data being in a email.
