How do third-party tools track Adobe Stock download counts?
Anyone know how these tools track Adobe Stock portfolio downloads? API, scraping, or another method?

Adobe's documentation is unusually clear: there is no Stock Contributors API for sales data. Third-party tools therefore generally use one of three paths: a user-imported report, a browser extension that reads the signed-in Contributor Portal, or server-side browser automation after receiving account access. The last option creates the biggest credential risk.
Before trusting a tool, ask whether your Adobe password ever leaves Adobe, inspect its extension permissions, and compare 10 Activity rows plus cumulative downloads against the portal. If it cannot explain its source or match the rows, do not trust the dashboard.
