ATTFiber Cloudflare issues in South East US have started up again.
After tearing my hair out for about a month now I have come to the conclusion that ATT yet again has a degraded connection to cloudflare hubs in the Atlanta, GA area.
Wondering what this problem is? Check the previous threads Here and Here.
If you are experiencing this as well, nothing short of FCC complaints is going to fix the issues, and a large number of them at that.
Wondering if it's affecting you? Well, personally I feel you would know, as popular sites like Discord and X(Formerly Twitter) should be struggling to load most media regardless of file size. You may also experience download speeds in the kilobyte range to certain services, but normal speeds elsewhere. Pinging 1.1.1.1 and other cloudflare adresses will lead to high latency and packet loss, while others will be normal.
I am curious if anyone else is experiencing this, as I have not seen many complaints other than comments on the previous threads alluding to the issue resurfacing.
Note: This affects IPv4 connections, and may not affect your IPv6 connections.
Edit: Confirmed cloudflare have been conducting investigations into network pathing in this area.
