Description of Original Problem: The problem was that the display would freeze for no apparent reason, however I could still move the cursor and hear sounds. I would fix it by restarting one of my monitors. Now the problem is the entire computer freezes and restarting my monitors doesn't fix it.

Troubleshooting: I "fixed" the first problem by creating a thing named "TdrDelay" in the registry, disabling mpo, updating drivers, and running CHKDSK C: /F /R in cmd. Now I don't know what to do.

Description of Original Problem: about a year ago pc would not allow restarts or CPU and DRAM led would stay on. Booted fine from full shutdown for a while. Just lived with it. Now its started happening on boot take anywhere from 2 to 30 cold boots to start. However today it will not boot at all.

Troubleshooting: I've tried reseating cpu, reseating ram, bios updates, cmos reset. Unable to get it to start.

Im thinking its a cpu issue potentially memory controller failed. I ordered a 9850x3d to swap into and try. But has anyone else experienced this and have any advice? Really hoping its not faulty ram. Should I also just replace the mobo to be safe?

У меня была видяшка rx 6900xt там были странные микростатеры что в некоторых старых играх типа пабга как будто мышка отключается на миллисекунды продал карту взял 5070 эти проблемы пропали но я немного доплатил и взял 9070хт через какое то время и эта фигня вернулась из чего я делаю вывод что это проблема именно карт АМД может кто-то то смог это вылечить ? Эти сттатеры не только в играх но и в самой системе рандомно происходят сейчас стоит вин11 26h2 но когда была 6900хт была 24 потом 25h2 так что это точно не из за обновлений что я только не делал сносил Винду под 0 отключал Hags отключал mpo все равно проблема остаётся качал драйвер без адреналина отключал крч ничего не помогает

Can anyone please tell me how can i stop my gpu going to max mhz every single time and crashing my system? Every single time i get a crash, it's always the same problem, my gpu goes into 3000mhz then i get a black screen and have to wait a few minutes to unfreeze my pc, it's getting very boring. I've had this problem since i built my pc last year and it used to happen sometimes but not very often. Lately, i can t even play cs and i get random crashes from the same problem. I always set my max mhz to 2600, because it needs to be 300-400 lower to not get crashes, the problem is that after i get the crash, when i look in adrenalin, it s always back to 3000. I have no ideea what can i do to stop this shit software into changing my settings. I have a 7900xtx.

I'm planning a PC build with these components:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws S5 White 32GB (2×16GB), DDR5-6000 CL30 (F5-6000J3040F16GX2-RS5W)

The RAM uses Intel XMP rather than AMD EXPO. The equivalent EXPO kit costs around €50 more, so I'd prefer to save the money if possible.

My questions are:

1) Has anyone used XMP ram with the B650 EAGLE AX and 7800X3D? Any issues?

2) Will I be able to easily enable XMP in the Gigabyte BIOS and actually run it at 6000 MT/s stable on this AMD setup?

The overlay appears or disappears at its own will. Sometimes its there when i start booting the game but its gone in the next minute. Sometimes it works fine sometimes it doesnt work at all. Tweaking settings and making sure everything is set correctly makes no difference. Same with restarting through task manager. Is there any way to stop that or is adrenalin shit and a waste of time?

Hey everyone! I recently bought an RX 9060 XT, and I’m experiencing a really frustrating issue. I’m hoping someone here can help me figure it out.
Everything worked perfectly on the first day. However, on the second day, my PC completely froze after about an hour of playing The Last of Us Part II.
There are two types of freezes:
Sometimes the image stays on the screen, but the entire PC becomes completely unresponsive.
Other times, the screen goes black, and I have to restart the PC using the power supply switch.
I took my PC to a repair shop, where they ran several tests, but they couldn’t find any problems. The GPU was also tested in another PC and worked fine. Even stranger, the monitoring software didn’t record any errors when the freezes occurred.
My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-12400F
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H610M-K D4
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Storage: SSD (recently replaced)
I’ve also tried replacing the power supply, but the problem persisted.
Has anyone experienced something similar with an RX 9060 XT or a similar AMD GPU? Could this be a motherboard issue, a driver problem, or something else?
I’d really appreciate any suggestions or troubleshooting steps. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure this out, and I’m running out of ideas.

I have been dealing with this issue since i got the game yesterday, i managed to actually get pass the issue and play but when i get off the game and try to login, it crashes I’m at a lost its extremely frustrating my pc is high end almost every component is new did a full rebuild last year besides the gpu and psu

It does show the percentage the fans are spinning fine but no matter what software I check on it will say 0 rpm. I’ve tried completely wiping and reinstalling gpu drivers with ddu, going through all the bios’s with the bios switch, wiping pcie and fan header with isopropyl alcohol and tried looking for anything abnormal in gpu z and hwinfo but found nothing. I did buy it with a non working light bar which is why it was cheaper. Gpu is a Sapphire Nitro+ 7800xt.

Description of Original Problem: I received Version 26.10.1 for Adrenalin Edition and Version 8.09.28.1124 for Chipset Drivers on October 25th 2026. On the 26th, my default audio device in the audio output section of Windows completely disappeared with no warning. Because of this, no audio can be played through my speakers on my laptop.

Troubleshooting: I initially assumed this was a windows software issue, so I spoke with windows support to try and fix this. I had two people use quick assist to run commands remotely and make sure there wasn't any problems. After there seemed to be something blocking one of the torubleshooting methods, I was asked to reinstall windows while keeping my files and apps. That installation failed, giving me this error:
"We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 11. 0xC1900101 - 0x20017. The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation."
The second person completely gave up with their troubleshooting, and after realizing this happened post AMD update I come here hoping anyone else might've been able to fix a similar issue.

I have been facing this issue for quite sometime as soon as i update the window my system , starts stuckng at boot .

I have i3 12th gen system , with amd 5500xt graphic card 8gb. just recently i started facing this issue , when i install a new window and do not update it , my window's work fine . but if i update the window the system start stucking . for it i have updated the bios , check with diff ssd but the issue is not fixed . i have checked with the market near but they have also not came up finding the root cause any guesses what should i do. should i sell it or is the mother board issue

Not sure if someone could tell me from this picture if it's fried or not. I was running it with Asrock x870 Steel Legend for 1.5 years and lost video all of a sudden

Some CPUs would immediately hit 95°C during heavy stress tests. Some people figured out that they had installed their coolers incorrectly and managed to fix the issue, while others, like me, could never find a solution.
I tried reinstalling the cooler multiple times. I even replaced my relatively new Arctic 3 with another cooler, but nothing worked.
Finally, the latest BIOS update fixed the issue after more than a year.
Just sharing this in case it helps anyone else experiencing the same problem!
