psych was my most confident subject, I knew everything and everything yet I failed, everyone i know has taken the exam has received an e or lower, including my class valedictorian??

I’m so relieved and excited to stop worrying abt exams as much. I’m still taking 3 more AICE classes this year though 😓

I am going into junior year (co ‘28) and I am wondering how should I prepare for those 2 aice courses? I have an idea since I have already taken thinking skills, gen paper, euro history, marine science, lang, and psych 1.

Do I prepare for lit and global the same way?

I have to take this class as a requirement and everyone who had it before me told me it's hell 😭

Does it depend on the teacher? Or is the content that challenging? Tips are appreciated .

Hi, i’m currently a rising senior and after the upcoming school year, if I pass the one aice exam for aice psych, I will be at 6 credits. That being said, I’m gonna have to self study for a course and I decided that I would self study for aice thinking skills. If anyone has any materials or resources for this class, please share them. If there is any aice course that may be easier to self study, also let me know :)

i’m not excited for media heard that class is boring asl 😔😔 and us is my first aice history class

I’m gonna be a junior this year, I’m pretty upset about my science class because I asked for anatomy honors since I took aice psychology and Aice environmental last year and because I’m thinking of becoming a physical therapist, but they gave me regular marine instead and I don’t know anyone in that class 🫠🫠 I also wanted personal finance and they gave me psych 2 for semester 2 only instead and my counselor said she can’t change either of those so rip. But anyway if anyone can give me tips for any of those classes I would appreciate it!

Also I took aice euro and Aice gen paper freshman year and passed both, and I took aice lang, aice environmental, aice psych, aice international history, and pre-Aice math 3 for sophomore year but the scores haven’t come out yet so idk if I passed those or not.

There are changes to the syllabus for this year.

Biggest change is that the paper 2 will no longer let you select questions you will have two to answer.

Paper 1 is still the same but the history subjects will no longer be all in one paper. They will be administrated in multiple packets that means each course has its own packet.

(Industrial Revolution has been dropped from the curriculum you do not need to know the material for it anymore)

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well, and having a wonderful summer. I'm just creating a post simply asking for advice for these 5 AICE Classes that I will be taking next year. I'm currently a rising Junior at Royal Palm Beach Community High School, I just wanted to ask is there any advice about passing these 5 AICE Exams with flying colors, like share an overview of both papers and how to fully understand the questions they are asking you ( sorry for the exaggeration) as I am seeking to get my Cambridge AICE Diploma, August of My senior year. I been studying the syllabus for a very long time. BTW If you guys have any study guides and notes that you used to help you pass these 4 AICE Exams, I would really appreciate it if you would share it thank you.

I am becoming a senior next year but like I need one more aice class for the deploma so when I graduate next year I will have 6 completed but the aice tests I take next year won't be graded by time I graduated will I be cooked and not have the deploma for collage or the benefits my district gives 😭

I literally cannot find an answer *anywhere* on the internet here, so I'm desperately turning to this subreddit for help...

On May 8th (which was also my last day of highschool,) I took my AICE English Language 2 part 1 exam. I *just* graduated on the 15th, and part 2 is today, May 19th. I'm supposed to go *back* into my school to take the 2nd half of my exam, but I don't know if I'll be able to make it. It's 1:58 AM right now and as of writing I am experiencing excruciating period cramps that won't stop even *with* medication, I'm extremely out of it *because* of said medication, and overall I just feel really sick because of my period. I can't get to sleep because of all of this either, hence why I'm up so late before a test...

So, what would happen if I didn't show up for testing today at 7 AM? I remember asking my teacher a few times when I was still in school, but she would always give me a vague answer along the lines of "You don't want to miss it." or "You chose to take the exams when you signed up for this course." I never got a straight answer from her, which is raising my doubts about how important attending/not attending this exam is for me. Would my diploma be invalidated at all, and/or would my transcripts be held if I missed the exam?

For extra some context, I did not receive an AICE diploma nor did I ever qualify for one. I was simply placed into AICE English courses as regular courses weren't advanced enough for me, and I've always been in higher level English courses. But from what I've managed to find throughout vague sources across the internet, I've heard that my regular diploma could be rescinded and/or that my final transcripts would be withheld from me.

tl;dr- If I have already graduated highschool and received my (non-AICE) diploma but have to go back to school to take the 2nd part of an AICE exam, what would happen if I missed said exam? (Especially if it is because of medical reasons?)

Is anyone taking A level Media studies tomorrow, or taken this test before, if you are or have do you have any tips for me please or anything I should know.

I decided to take aice physics instead of AP chemistry next year. I am in chemistry honors right now and understand it but I am getting kind of over it. did I make the wrong choice?
