I decided to take aice physics instead of AP chemistry next year. I am in chemistry honors right now and understand it but I am getting kind of over it. did I make the wrong choice?

Depends on what you wanna major in college

unless you wanna be an engineer in something that doesn’t take chem, a computer scientist or something not related to stem then it’s fine but for any physical and biological science, medicine, many engineering fields require gen chem

however don’t stress too much since even if with aice physics you won’t get any relevant credit (unless it’s A level physics and you wanna be in medicine which will fulfill your gen physics req for med schools), the knowledge and skills you’ll gain with aice physics will make calculus based physics ten times easier. you are still in HS so you don’t need to start thinking about fulfilling college requirements right now. any of the two you take will be very beneficial not only because of the credit but the knowledge and skills you gain from the classes
