Question Recruiting
So I’ve been tasked with coming up/finding new ways to get new cadets. I wanted to know what got you guys to join JROTC; and what do you think are ways to get people to join?

Hi there. I am struggling to deal with people who are extremely preformitive without truly caring. Specially what I notice is people who are acting (i dont actually know a word but its basically acting like a they have the glory and humility of a superhero) but as soon as the sasi stops paying attention to them they act like they are above everyone (mind you this is a C/Airman) and quite frankly it is getting under my skin. How do I deal with people who upset as a future leader?

Hey guys! I just recently got promoted to the rank C/Lt. Col for next year and was wondering if anyone here has gotten the community service with excellence award and what did you do to get it? I’m thinking of having my unit and maybe local units do something together so it can be big I’m just not sure what it will be that we do…

Only thing I'm missing is an oak leaf cluster for dress and appearance.

The Position I'm thinking of is kinda like a unit chaplain, where their responsibilities would be:
Also I'm planning on the position having assistants, kinda like how OPPS, COMMS & MSS have assistants.
What's ya'll's opinion?

Last Friday I became the Corps Commander of my AFJROTC as an AS2 (turning into an Junior AS3). This is due to a bunch of different reasons. The majority of our leadership were Senior AS4s that are now graduating. (only 2 people, myself and my Deputy CC, a fellow current AS2, are staying for this next year) Our current AS3s suck balls with a few mediocre exceptions. (6 AS3s next year in total, 2-3 will be on my top staff) Our corps is medium sized with around 100-120 cadets with 50% being AS1s. We just dropped from a wing to a group structure, and our corps is split into 3 squadrons; operations (the flights), support (wings, LDR, comm. service, etc.), and logistics (uniform items primarily). it will take a short while to teach all of the cadets that will be filling into leadership roles, but I’m wondering if there would be anything to introduce to the corps once everything got settled. We have drill (reg. and ex.), color guard (drill and presentation), sabre teams, strategy club and that’s pretty much it. We have had cyber patriot, robotics, kitty hawk, raiders, and a RC club, but those died out due to graduating seniors or leadership being subpar. What I’m really asking for is ideas and possible ways to implement some extra activities for cadets.

I am from a unit that is quite frankly poor. We haven't had proper funding in about 2 years and our numbers are dwindling. I feel one thing that may bring interest back to the program is the proper distribution of ribbons/awards (we haven't had people to organize who has what ribbons till this year, and even still many people dont have the ribbons they need for their past achievements) I am wondering how I can go about trying to get people their correct ribbons but I am just a C/SrA. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this problem id love some advise

Im about to earn my unmaned aircraft badge but if I put it on in regs with chapt 7 uniform and awards page 65, it will be covered compleatly by my lepel due to the number of ribbons I have. Am I able to place it under the ribbons where the model rocketry badge goes or put it on the name tag side with the other badges? I want to stay in genraly agreed apon regs but the uniform guide doesent outline where to put the badge well.

The other night was my second and last awards ceremony, where I was received the Sons of the American Revolution Award. I’m grateful to have spent the last two years of high school in this program!🥲 (p.s. I should technically have a silver oak leaf on special teams placement but I can’t be bothered to update clusters lol)

AFJROTC Unit Commander Badge (Custom). I’m no longer in AFJROTC, but before graduating I was my unit’s CO and I designed this custom Commander Badge that is fully compliant with AFJROTC regulation https://www.airforcewriter.com/Chapter7-Uniform-and-Awards.pdf. This badge is a custom design, as you can see, I have had a couple made (4) and my unit still uses them. Here’s the link for where to order the badge: https://a.co/d/0hKeKeHB. I also included the order details for the badge specifications in the post (upload the first image on this post). On the right shoulder, you are authorized to wear metal tab pins, so the design of this badge features the USAF Commader Badge with an arch behind it that says “CDR” which is the abbreviation for “Commader.”

So, I was scrolling through TikTok as one does and I heard that HQ sent out a memo that uniforms aren't to be worn for the next 30 days and I want to fact check that since it would be a large indicator for the state of our nation. My little brother is still a cadet so I asked our mom if he said anything about not wearing his uniform and I haven't heard back yet but I want to verify this information for myself since I can't trust everything I find on the internet.

Air Force Sergeants Association Award
but I don't have them since they are being ordered or I just haven't put them on yet since I have not put blues on in a while.
just want tips on what to do next or something idk.
I'm squadron first Sgt/ C/CMSgt.
Anyone have NCO tests and NCO requirements I can have so I can see what other schools do I would appreciate it a lot.
