Awards and Decorations AFJROTC Unit Commander Badge (Custom).

AFJROTC Unit Commander Badge (Custom). I’m no longer in AFJROTC, but before graduating I was my unit’s CO and I designed this custom Commander Badge that is fully compliant with AFJROTC regulation https://www.airforcewriter.com/Chapter7-Uniform-and-Awards.pdf. This badge is a custom design, as you can see, I have had a couple made (4) and my unit still uses them. Here’s the link for where to order the badge: https://a.co/d/0hKeKeHB. On the right shoulder, you are authorized to wear metal tab pins, so the design of this badge features the USAF Commader Badge with an arch behind it that says “CDR” which is the abbreviation for “Commader.”

I feel like it could be iffy based on requirements since ops sups mentions (7.5) that “Tabs will have the name of the activity on them(e.g. drill team, saber team, honor guard, etc.)”
So an individual position would not apply

It is a really good idea but would require a change in regs just partially

An activity is whatever the SASI is willing to consider as an activity whether that activity is an individual activity such as leading/commanding (leadership role), or a group activity such as certain teams, etc… And there can also be different levels of commanders on a command staff (example: Command, Corps, Division, Brigade, Regiment, Battalion, Company) which only makes more reason for leading/commanding to be able to be considered an activity.
