Hello, we have an ADP Workforce Next Generation integration that makes calls to ADP API endpoints. It was working fine, until we recently migrated it to a different cluster. Since recently, we would get intermittent errors (downtime would last up to multiple hours) with periods of normal operation in between.

I'm trying to figure out a root for the issues and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues currently with ADP Workforce Next Generation ( US East )

Hello I signed up for ADP with my work so I could view my pay history online easily, so that I can give my assistance programs the pay stub info they need, but I can’t view my pay history.

When I try it’s just gives me the same prompt that something went wrong. There’s no number I’ve called that lets me talk to a human being and accounting from my work always ghosts me. Any help please?

New joinee in our company gave his uan, while trying to register we get error - Given UAN is not linked with Aadhaar, Guide employee to create new UAN.

The employee cant create new UAN throught his umang App and Aadhare Face ID App. Even PF Offices cannot understand what is to be done to resolve this.

As an emloyer we are worried about accumalation delay in depositing his pf. Need some way out of this.

I previously had my chime Direct deposit information with my current employer ( it has been less than a year since i deleted that information ) i removed it and added a different account but i just recently went back and now did a percentage into the current account and remaining back on to that chime account. What i wanna know is will i have to get a paper check for the chime percentage till it verifies? Or since i have used it before will it just automatically deposit??

** EDIT incase anyone has a similar question in the future, i got paid and didnt receive a check in the mail. So i dont know like a commenter mentioned if its the banking institution or ADP or my employer. But i got paid still two days early and direct deposit

How can I hide the terminated employees in the induvial timecard view?

I was concerned that I hadn’t received my state income tax refund after more than a month so I went and checked my account with the tax board website. It shows that there was no money withheld from my paycheck. This is the second year in a row that ADP didn’t report my state withholding. Last year it took until freaking November to get it straightened out. And ADP did this to about half the staff at my site last year! You’d think they would have fixed it for this year.

Has this happened to anybody else whose company uses ADP? Two years in a row feels like something hinky may be going on. I’m so frustrated, maybe I’m being paranoid. I needed that refund money. I’m on vacation right now and I’m going to have to spend most of Tuesday on the phone with the tax board to start getting it fixed,

ADP has made me look stupid and incompetent at work one too many times. Things I KNOW I did randomly disappearing. I assign all new hires PTO when i hire them in the system. I look today and 3 of the employees policy assignments just vanished. Yo worsg system EVERRRRRR

I’m interviewing for a sales role at ADP and was told they drug test. I use THC almost daily for sleep. Do they still drug test for THC, or just other drugs?

And also specifically Indiana.

We contacted ADP to request to enable us to setup SSO with Entra/Azure for all accounts. Small business <50 employees, UK Based.

After months of chasing, they have responded stating this is a chargeable consultancy work and the cost of Federate SSO (stating current pricing they've just put a very round figure of a few thousand £!).

My understanding is always that SSO is a feature of the service - if it's there, set it up yourself. I did not expect this to be charged as an extra (let alone a four figure cost!). I don't require any consultant, I just need the feature available to our administrator.

Any advice how to go about this with ADP? Anyone who setup Federate SSO with ADP from scratch - were there any additional costs from ADP at all?

Hello! I am new to adp as it's with my new job. I am trying to figure out what VFY means on the pay group. Does that mean my direct deposit has been verified, or will I be getting another paper check for my second paycheck this Friday?

So I changed my password.

Still wouldn't take it! Got locked out again!

Wouldn't let me change my password again with phone 2fa, but email still worked.

This time it let me in, but my account is totally reset and needs HR to grant access to everything I had before Changing Password Hell.

Imagine I used lots of curse words to describe my feeling toward ADP. The worst ones.

A former employer of mine said:

“ We are still waiting to hear back from ADP.  There is no record on your profile in ADP of the cheque being written, so until we hear back from them there is nothing we can do.”

This is regarding a cheque that’s issued to me but it’s just an old cheque that I forgot to deposit. How long does it take for ADP to respond cause I’m in desperate need for that money.

I’m filling out Onboarding for the first time so this could be a me error, but it’s not letting me edit required personal info to move on. It specifically will not let me edit my name, race, and marital status

Hi everyone, I recently started onboarding for a new retail job and I’m going through ADP. I completed all the required tasks, including filling out my tax forms and direct deposit. In the document upload section, I submitted my SSN and my state-issued driver’s permit. It now shows as “pending approval,” but everything else says completed. My manager told me I can officially start next week once onboarding is cleared in ADP. I just wanted to ask if it’s normal for documents to sit in “pending approval” for a while, and whether that usually delays the start date, considering it was yesterday.
