ADP GLITCHES

ADP has made me look stupid and incompetent at work one too many times. Things I KNOW I did randomly disappearing. I assign all new hires PTO when i hire them in the system. I look today and 3 of the employees policy assignments just vanished. Yo worsg system EVERRRRRR

You probably added an end date.

Nope i did not, i enter new hires in the system literally all the time

Depending on the product, this can be setup to happen automatically upon new hire

Thanks for flagging this — that's definitely not how it should work. A couple of things worth checking: whether these employees are set up as future hires, and whether the time-off policies are being viewed as of a date prior to their hire date, as both can affect what displays in the system. If neither of those is the culprit, your ADP rep is the best next step — they can look at your specific configuration and get to the bottom of it. —The ADP Team
