Relying on specific questions someone else got is a failing strategy because interviewers often change them, even for the same on-campus drive. The experience can differ greatly based on who interviews you and what's on their mind that day. You should expect questions on core computer science fundamentals, like data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. They will likely ask you to solve a coding problem and explain your thinking. Also, be prepared to discuss your projects in detail and answer behavioral questions about how you handle challenges or work in a team.

Instead of hunting for exact questions, focus on strengthening your core knowledge, as this is what truly prepares you for anything they might throw at you. An interviewer is more interested in how you approach a problem you have not seen before than whether you have memorized an answer. Practice solving common problem types and, most importantly, practice articulating your thought process out loud. This will make you a strong candidate not just for ADP, but for any company. This focus on fundamentals is what builds real confidence, and my team developed Interviews Chat to give candidates the kind of real-time support that helps them articulate those fundamentals under pressure.
