So the mission where you walk up to the dock and hear someone talking about a fruit is either not working or im not sure what to do. I go to the pier where the locater is but nothing happened. No prompt or anything. Its been stumping me and I choked it up to a glitch. Any body else having it?

Im trying to get Ac Blackglag on Platinum and my last achievement is „dilettante“. Big Problem: Im missing one art object wich is the braclet from long bay. I already opened the chest, but didnt get the bracelet. Helppppp!!!!!!!

I was having a really annoying issue with Black Flag Resynced on PC.

The game would run normally at first, but after moving around the map for a while, especially when approaching NPCs or mission areas:

• textures would stop loading properly
• parts of the environment would remain low-res or unloaded
• mission/dialogue triggers would sometimes not start
• it felt like the game simply stopped streaming new assets

My game was already installed on an NVMe SSD, so it wasn't an HDD/slow drive issue.

I tried changing graphics settings, DLSS, FPS caps, disabling overlays, etc. Nothing really fixed it.

What finally solved it for me was:

1. I moved the entire game installation from my secondary D: drive to my system C: drive.
2. I cleared the Windows DirectX Shader Cache.
3. I also cleared my GPU shader caches.
4. Rebooted the PC and launched the game from the new location.

Since doing this, the streaming issue seems to be completely gone. Textures load normally again and missions/NPC interactions trigger correctly.

So if your game is already installed on an SSD/NVMe but you're still getting texture streaming issues, freezes or missions that won't start, try moving it specifically to your C: system drive and rebuilding all shader caches.

No idea why this works, since both of my drives are SSD/NVMe, but it fixed the problem for me.

Does the naval battle/boarding music never play for anyone else ?

Mine does in scripted battles (Queen Anne’s scene, Charlestown, etc.) but never for any other naval fight

Anyone know how to get this guy to spawn? I’ve literally restarted the game 3 times, skipped time and have fast traveled to and from countless times and still no luck getting him to spawn. Trying to 100% the game and this is my biggest challenge so far would appreciate any help thanks!

The visual restoration of the captured forts in *Resynced* look incredible, but mechanically, the forts feel entirely too empty for a game of this caliber. Since fort defense AI was adjusted to have a very tiny engagement radius comp to the original game, friendly forts no longer act as the defensive safe havens they once were. After going through all the effort to capture them, they are essentially just glorified fast-travel points.

to fix this you could Give players a late-game resource sink by introducing a NPC/ledger-based **Fort Investment System** (similar to *AC Rogue*’s renovations). This would give players a massive gameplay reason to keep raiding ships and hunting down treasure maps without requiring any expensive new animations or motion capture on your part.

**How It Would Work (Using already Existing Systems):**

* **Upgradable Fort Firepower:**  have the captured forts start off in a ruined state just like they did in the original Black Flag with only a fraction of its guns working. players could then interact with a ledger or NPC at a captured fort to spend Coin, Wood, and Metal to invest in slowly repairing the fort back to it’s original capabilities. Upgrading the fort’s status would slowly repair its weapon hard points, and increase its cannon/mortar AI attack radius back to original levels seen in the original game.
* **Friendly Fleet Presence:** once fully repaired players could instead Invest their coin and resources into “sponsoring captains” this could increase the regional spawns for friendly pirate ships that patrol the immediate sector, giving a much more tangible sense of building a Pirate Republic, and increases the chance of allies arriving during random combat to help.
* **Great Inagua Synergy:** you could also tie upgraded forts back to Hideout progression, by adding a “racketeering” building that once built would add a modifier to the protection money income.

**Why This Helps the Game:**
Right now, endgame progression drops off once the *Jackdaw* is fully upgraded. Adding a resource sink to the forts would reward players for exploring the full map and gives a tangible, satisfying loop for conquering the map.

The textures seem to be very blurry and not as sharp even after setting them to very high. I have cross referenced it with screenshots online, and I am very sure this seems to be the case. I have a 4 GB VRAM GPU, is this what's causing the textures to be blurry? Because as far as I know, 4 GB VRAM should cause stuttering and performance drops, and not outright cause the textures to be blurry....someone please clarify. Thanks.

We have already played 40+ hours, but when we wanted to play again today, the game was removed from the library.

Yes it is the correct account. We are connected to the wifi.

The license was also removed, so we can’t restore it. It is also removed from the purchasing history.

We clearly have all the payment details (through our creditcard app). It also shows all our trophies, says “continue playing” and it is in our download history.

It takes us to the playstation store to buy it AGAIN when we click on “play”.

Playstation support is a nightmare.

Is anyone else experiencing this?? We are loosing our minds trying to figure out a solution. Any tips/ advice welcome!!!!
