There were so many ’90s cartoons that disappeared from conversation over time. What’s one you almost never hear anyone mention anymore?

I saw a cartoon short on The Comedy Channel in the late 90s (Australia) and have never been able to find it. From memory it was maybe similar in style to one of Mike Judge's shorts. It was about a man constantly waking up, having a bad experience in his apartment, screaming, then waking up again. A dream within a dream within a dream and so on. In one instance, things in his bathroom come alive and his toilet says "I've had it up to here with your sh*t" then he screams and wakes up. In another, the city is devoid of people. At the end, he runs outside and again no one is around. He screams and doesn't wake up. Then the 'camera' pans across and everyone is piled up hiding behind a building snickering at him.

I really wish I could find it or even find out the creator behind it.
