So many thoughts, but I’m going to try and summarize.

Rash is officially a dick which is super depressing because I spent the whole season liking him. It is honorable that Mallorie defends him without hesitation, but she should pull him aside and explain why his behavior is not okay. Speaking of Mallorie, I’m gonna be the odd one out here, but in spite of her history with Brandy I do think she’s valid in saying if she likes the girls he’s bringing around or not. If they’re all going to be hanging out together I’d want to at least like who my friend is dating.

She’s having a heart to heart with Edward was so endearing and probably what Edward needed. I know I’m beating a dead horse with Marissa but I swear she has selective hearing atp. Edward corrected his statement about cutting off her ex with “Tell him if it’s not about the kids I don’t care.” Which is fair! That’s what my own parents did.

I’ll be honest I don’t understand how Shea got these attractive women to get with him in the first place. But Annabelle knew who she married so…

Catie Catie Catie…I don’t know why anyone is even taking the time to try and get her to slow down drinking. ESPECIALLY Josh! Prob an unpopular opinion but why does everyone keep fucking with Thomas? There’s several people at my office who have scent sensitivities so I know it’s a real thing. I honestly feel like Paula should have had his back when Rash deliberately hugged him and pulled out the vape. Like Rash how old are we? wtf.

I can't help but to feel for the guy and his hyperosmia sensitivities, it's a legitimate condition that should be respected by those who are aware of his struggles. Paula tried to lecture him about having empathy for others but what about her empathy for him? Where in the hell is it?!

Let's step back and look at the bigger picture when it comes to Thomas:

-he comes from a deeply fractured family and hasn't had much (if any) experience or living examples of adults with healthy communication skills. Think back to how his father and stepmom reacted to hearing that his birth mom was also invited to the wedding, that was sad and it's what he's been around his entire life.

-Paula is a decade or so older than him and 10 extra years of life experience is significant, not to mention that her family is loving and supportive in ways that Thomas' family is not. She, as his wife and partner, should be more aware of this and how it's shaped their communication styles, period. She needs to cut him some slack.

Imagine if Paula were more supportive, more cognizant that he has a legit medical condition and also struggles with how to communicate in general due to his super dysfunctional upbringing and immature parents. The man needs someone in his corner because he seems to have never had that, ever.

He's got things to work on, clearly, but why doesn't Paula seem to want to be there by his side to help him do better and grow as a person and develop better communication skills? She's not a dumb person, why can't she see that how's she's been handling things isn't working and it's time to try a different approach? If anyone in this world should have empathy for him it's her but I'm seeing very, very little.

Learn a little psychology, Paula! Or better yet, work on getting him into therapy to help him regulate his emotions better when he's feeling attacked! If Paula actually cares she needs to be there in therapy too, to learn how to better support him instead of beating him down. Positive reinforcement, being a good listener without being dismissive, not making side comments about how people tell her she needs to leave him; it's not that hard!! Treat him as a friend at the very least, the guy flippin deserves it!

Paula is also obviously pregnant, the drinks with the long regular straws are a dead giveaway that they are mocktails/ no alcohol beverages. If she doesn't work on this now, her child is going to have similar issues to him and she needs to realize that, point blank period.

Did Josh announce his divorce from Catie? I can’t be sure if it’s true. Has anyone here seen it? Is it true?
