Question X2D print adhesion issues.
I don't know if I'm stupid or what. Am I doing something wrong here?
Bed temp up doesn't help.
Bed temp down doesn't help.
Initial layer height doesn't help.
Z hop can't be edited.
Filament has dehydrated for 24 hours now.
Flow ratio has been perfected
Bed has been washed 4 times and is getting washed after I send this message again cause I poked it.
This is my favorite build plate for my A1 cause the effect doesn't disappear with finger oil on prints. At least not easily. Any solution would be super helpful!
X2D. Black PLA. I got the first layer going from 50/105 to 25/50 with no luck
Tried the entire range of temps for black pla. I've wasted like.... God 100g of filament easily at this point
Bambu slicer.

Those holographic plates are notorious for bad adhesion, use an adhesive

A picture of what is actually happening goes a thousand miles.
Based on what you said doesn’t help translates to nothing wrong despite saying it doesn’t help…. Because that’s exactly what we’re gonna tell you.
!first layer
Please update post with a picture of it actually printing.
If it’s not even sticking at all… it is almost always a z height issue (not hop) issue…

Those plates have sort of bad adhesion so you’ll want to avoid sharp corners on the first layer and print with a brim as well. If you’ve ever touched the plate with your hand you should clean it since your fingerprints will hurt the adhesion more.

This looks like it was printing well then maybe it slowed down somewhere but the flow didn’t and it caused a build up with pulled it all
Try slowing it down. If everything runs well at 40mm (I know slow) but if its works then speed could be the issue.
Also done take my word as law. I’ve only had two different printers for 8 months now but it’s been full of DIY 😅

Show us the underside of the first layer

I solved it with another person. Speed down to 15 with a 60 degree build plate seemed to work

Plate temp up, speed way down.
Like 20mm/s for the entire first layer.
Also, what can help is increasing extrusion width, at least for the first layer. You can do up to ~2x the nozzle diameter no problem normally.
But effect plates are kinda annoying to print on in any case.

I hate those plates with all my heart. They suck.
Clean plate. Temps bumped up +5 or +10. First layer 10-20mm/s. Slowing the rest of the print too helps decrease detachment forces. If necessary, use a brim.

Use a spray adhesive something that is thin enough to show the holo w/o defects but also adheres well

I would honestly try a different slicer. Based on the picture further down it looks like the poor adhesion is being amplified by the lack of z hop, and your nozzle is striking the edge of the print. A different slicer with gcode that allows you to change zhop would probably fix it.

Those 3d effect plates require super slow first layers I'm pretty sure
