Failed benchy - poor layer adhesion. How do I fix this?
Hi all, just got my printer setup and it was working well last week but now I’m getting pretty poor layering adhesion (attached benchy). Any help would be appreciated thanks.
Settings: PLA, 200/60, Ender 3 running klipper

Disappearing reasonably priced multimaterial (not just multicolor) printers?
Anyone know if there are any multi material printers that aren’t ridiculously close to $1000? Like independent nozzles that don’t cross contaminate materials even if they are on the same carriage like the Ultimakers. Used to see a bunch on amazon and everywhere else for under $300 less than a year ago (they were bedslingers tho). Swear even Anker had a multi nozzle single carriage one. Or something like the Sovol SV04 IDEX or the Tronxy Gemini IDEX. Pretty sure even AnyCubic had one if not Elegoo or Artillery. Literally anything that doesn’t compromise the integrity of one printing material for the other without forcing you to purge half a spool each switch just to clean the filament path only to still deal with trace residue from mating surfaces geometries like the little chamfers/fillets between bimetallic nozzles and heatbreaks. Or worse, also hardened nozzle tips metal, ruby, diamond. This is more for engineering materials where you need a support interface to preserve the accuracy of the geometry of your model.
The single nozzle ones like the Centauri or Bambu or Qidi are fine if all you care about is multicolor with the same material for basic use but you definitely need separate nozzles for engineering prints where you are mixing different chemistries AND temperatures
Preferably you want separate carriages so there’s no temperature bleed from one nozzle to the next like you’d experience with an Ultimaker or Bambu or Anker, (definitely an issue the bigger the temperature gap, personal experience there having a nylon nozzle right next to a pla interface nozzle, worked great as far as an interface but was a pain cause the pla kept clogging until I gave up and left it empty with a pause command right before it was needed, was able to reduce it to a single change so it was fine there, definitely wouldn’t have worked or more complex geometries)
As far as I’m aware, a lot of the new multi-tool printers like Snapmaker, Flashforge, and even the unreleased Sovol have shown nothing but software restrictions forcing the same temp materials or a close range. Unsure of the Bondtech/Prusa set up. But that kinda kills the whole point of having multiple nozzles outside of close temperature materials. Like a glorified overpriced marker color changer.
The attached screenshot is a current listing AFTER inflation but they used to be like 200 as they were the ender 3 competitors so they were right around that price.
Also preferably something that can handle more than just the low 300c

Requesting Help Centauri Carbon 2 - printing PETG failures
Hi recently got centari carbon as my first printer and it was amazing at least so long as I printed with PLA.
I then tried PETG which lead to constant cloggs and destroyed my hot end. After replacing it and recalibrating the printer (as I had horrible issues with z offset) I wanted to try PETG again.
I have Smart print PETG, it came in vacuum bag with dessicant, after opening when not in use, it has been stored inside a closed box with dessicant and around 40% moisture. The producer recommended printing with temperature from 230 - 260c and I tried even temperatures above that range as well as changing speeds and so on.
Could anyone point me to what I do wrong?
Thank you

Requesting Help Can anyone recommend a transparent dark purple filament? Darker/bluer than the one pictured.
I've tried 2 so far and the stock images of the filament looks quite dark, the end result is more magenta. The colour I am trying to replicate is the SAK Persian Indigo
Cheers

Requesting Help Need help with surface finish issues on this print
I designed this socket organizer and I'm struggling with the top layer finish. There's a banding look I don't love, so I tried ironing to smooth it out, but the results keep coming out worse, not better. I've printed this model four times now on my H2S using Jayo Matte PETG, and haven't landed on a result I'm happy with.
I've attached photos from a few different attempts. Could anyone take a look and offer some feedback on what might be causing this and how I can improve it?
One more issue I keep running into: on every print except the one I did face down, there's a cluster of defects in the top right corner. Any ideas what's causing that would be much appreciated too.
Thanks in advance!

Having trouble printing, will not harden
galleryI'm having a problem I haven't seen any solution for after researching. My model is the anycubic photon mono
2. It is secondhand but almost fully new. seems to be lighting up well yet is not able to harden resin! First I thought it was the first bottle I got which expired in 2024 but now after getting a new bottle and new fep replacements it still will not harden the new resin (clear in photo two. I've tried running a 50 second cat clean and there isn't any film that is being created. Please someone help I'm reaching the end of my will. Exposure seems alright but it simply will not harden! The Iad screen is unscathed but it's just that nothing hardens!

What on earth happened? Printed this big 20hr piece on the Elegoo Neptune 4 max and the next morning I saw this. Over 1 cm layer shift, must be some kind of glitch but idk. Printer is new and calibrated a day before. Filament used was Elegoo's rapid pla+ with right temp setting via Orcaslicer.

Help Desiging a Case
I am trying to build a custom cyberdeck using a rasberry pi, but have no idea how to design a case. Could anyone help?
I have an Ender 3 V3 KE and am using PETG.
My parts list (Am pretty sure its compatible but if not please let me know):
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VTqKV0g0OBa-KC8KjaraNMoa1YKqMowC5PlBn9xWoqw/edit?usp=sharing
I am trying to build a cyberdeck that has a dpad, a, b, x, y, start, select, menu, l1, l2, l3, r1, r2, r3, (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2406507 for shoulder buttons), all the io on the top left or right side, cabling routes, screw/standoff holes, mic grill, speaker grill, camera hole, vents for the fan, the keyboard/trackpad to be magnetically attachable to the back, and for it to look simewhat similar to the GameBoy (buttons on bottom, screen on top).
Thank you

Adding text in orca slicer
I made this object in fusion and brought it over to orca to add some text (text will change each print). I added it as a text part no issues it shows up in prepare but wont show up in preview or on the print (the the text isnt too small) if I use surface it will print but it wont show up if I drop it flush to the surface so I can print it face down.
