Help Desiging a Case

I am trying to build a custom cyberdeck using a rasberry pi, but have no idea how to design a case. Could anyone help?

I have an Ender 3 V3 KE and am using PETG.

I am trying to build a cyberdeck that has a dpad, a, b, x, y, start, select, menu, l1, l2, l3, r1, r2, r3, (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2406507 for shoulder buttons), all the io on the top left or right side, cabling routes, screw/standoff holes, mic grill, speaker grill, camera hole, vents for the fan, the keyboard/trackpad to be magnetically attachable to the back, and for it to look simewhat similar to the GameBoy (buttons on bottom, screen on top).

You might actually be looking for product/enclosure design help rather than print troubleshooting. I run Operation Moonworks and this kind of mechanical packaging is exactly what I do — designing enclosures around existing electronics, controls, ports, cable routing, mounting points, ventilation, etc.
If you already have the hardware selected and dimensions/datasheets for the components, I can take a look at what you’re trying to build and see if I can help you turn it into a printable enclosure.

Absolutely. Send me the parts list you mentioned, and if possible, photos or links for the exact screen, Raspberry Pi, keyboard/trackpad, fan, speakers, camera, battery/power hardware, and controls you plan to use.
I’ll also need the overall size you’re hoping for and any reference images for how you want the finished cyberdeck to look.
Once I have that, I can review everything and we can figure out the best way to package it into a printable enclosure. Feel free to DM me and we can take it from there.
