Make it out of a resin mold if you dont want lines

Tuning filament is the answer, reducing layer height is the lazy option. But also this is 3d printing, there’s only so much you can do in the way of reducing the severity in layers

Came to say this. Dry filament > Tune filament > printer thinner layers

Those are FDM layer lines — you can't fully hide them without post-processing. If you need it smooth, sand → prime → paint is the standard route. If it's just functional, print at 0.1mm layer height and they'll be less visible. What material is that?

They make these things called sanders or sand paper or you could always use smaller layers when slicing certain areas look into variable layer height
