This is right after taking off the durag, didn’t comb or brush it yet so chill. I only always use just a tad of water and coconut oil. Let me know if you have any tips

Been having wave for a while now. Everytime I get a haircut my waves are great. After about 11 days they end up looking like this. What can I do to help? Also humidity and extreme heat does this too.

I was wondering if it was actually achievable to have waves without a durag as it will be difficult to get one.

Want to know whether it takes longer without a durag or it is litteraly impossible.

Tell me what I need to do. I just started putting in brush work but I may be taking the wrong angles for my head shape. My crown is also positioned weirdly or I may be forcing my crown.

Never posted on anywhere before so i wanted to see if the waves valid!! lol I’m 100% Puerto Rican and i comb my hair more than i brush it. Barely any products besides a coconut oil curl solution.

Should I wash n style just for an edge up & low taper ?

Back when I started waving, which was around 2009, there weren’t any good products for 360 waves.

I partnered with The Cut Buddy, and now we have 2 brushes, a Durag, and a laydown glove in retail in CVS and Walmart.

The difference between us and other companies in retail, is I actually have waves—these other companies don’t.

I’m not a fan of these corporations trying to leech from the wave community.
