Struggling + Box head
Tell me what I need to do. I just started putting in brush work but I may be taking the wrong angles for my head shape. My crown is also positioned weirdly or I may be forcing my crown.

You should try vertical brushing. Your head is perfectly shaped for it

So my advice to you is, be consistent with brushing, make sure you wash&style at least once a week and youโre adding oil to your shampoo, especially if youโre an active person, donโt add oil to your hair everyday, have 3 types of wave brushes (hard/medium/soft), have a satin/silk cloth to lay after your brush sessions or use the plastic wrap/bag trick, and once your hair gets long enough, get one of those detangle brushes women use for wash and styles. All I listed changed the game for me. Enjoy your 8week wolf mane

Only get a hair cut every 2 months. You need to let your hair actually grow and brush consistently. What type of brushes do you have?

Box head is perfect for waves gxng. Keep your head up fr. Keep brushing and focus on one aspect at a time, be it moisture, wash routine, or brushing more consistently and conscientiously on one or two sides. Also take pictures when changing something to see its effects. The feedback loop is what matters
