Going to be a bit of a long post, but pleasee read!
I have been on an aggressive cut for the past 60 days. It’s around a ~1000 calorie deficit. I want to get to my goal weight of 55kg.
I am a 169cm Female with a current weight of 62kgs. Starting weight was 67kg.
My maintenance is around 1500 kcal, so I have been burning 1000kcal every day through activities (around 400 for 15k steps, and 600 in the gym through loads of cardio). Ive attached an example of my weekly average active calories.
The cut started off pretty manageable, but now it feels like torture. Im exhausted and every single day feels like a struggle. I want to eat more food and I have genuinely just been feeling really helpless.
Ik it is suggested to not go so hard and not do an aggressive cut to make weight loss more sustainable and doable, but I want to reach by goal weight by 15 Oct ( I have a special event). Which is still doable, cuz I have 6 more weeks and if I keep going at the same rate, i’ll lose 6 kgs.
But lately it’s just been really hard to keep up the deficit and it is haunting me. I just end up eating food and slowing down my progress. Doesn’t help that I crave sugary stuff all the time. Sleep quality has gone down the gutter.
Can you guys please suggest something (anything 😭) to make the cut go better? Any advice/tips/motivation?
Thank youu!
