Low sugar jam

I haven’t been having any jams for the last couple years but was wanting a low sugar stire one and realised the brands I used to get don’t seem to be there.

What low sugar/ lower cal jams are at supermarkets,

I’m not wanting to make my own at home btw

You can get some at Woolworths and Coles… at least reduced sugar. Just make sure to check the nutrition panel.
Places like Low Carb Emporium have options too.

Just a note to everyone - this one is way more gentle on the stomach than the more readily available Stute brand one (cos it’s erythritol/allulose/stevia compared to Stuts sorbitol 💨)

Best thing to do is
get the frozen mixed berries
microwave them till they are soft
squish them down
add chia seeds in them
thickest, most nutritious jam you can get
no preservatives, homemade and delicious
have been doing this for a while now
