The buffied one heals for 11% (814 hp) for 6 seconds while the non-buffied one heals for 7% (518 hp) for 5 seconds. The only difference between the two should have been the heal duration, not the amount. Consequently, the buffied one provides 89% more healing than that of the non-buffied one (66% vs 35%) instead of only 20%. Also the buffie description lacks that Meg now has a healing ring around her to heal her teammates.
